This was a horrible hotel. We had to switch rooms because the a/c was broke. Then we were in a room w/out internet. Desk said was to be fixed the 'next day'. Each day heard the same. After day 4 I felt like I was at a cheap crooked auto repair place. Faucet on bathtub nearly comes off everytime the shower was turned on. Horrible breakfast--snacks in wrappers you can get at any 7-11 store. Shampoo packs in tear open foil wraps that our disabled son could never open. It was the worst and I am leary about Orbitz package deals now. Beds horrible and old

Nothing at all. There were bugs in the room, smelled andmold growing in the lights. AC didnt work and unfriendly people!

hotel was a great deal for my relatives. stayed 4 days and had no problems. staff was great....went out of their way to make sure we were allhappy. hotel was very clean and comfortable. i will always refer friends and family there.

This hotel is very over priced for what is offered. The rooms were dingy and smell of mold. The bathroom seemed to have a film over everything including the floor and the sheets had what looked like a smashed mosquito between them when we turned them down. Lots of loitering outside the hotel and the area was very unsafe.

The fan on the air condictioner was not blowing and I was relocated to another room without a wait. The pool was clean and nice.

Continental breakfast. Ignorant staff. Staff were completely rude. Speaking in foreign language in front of guest, questioniong why I needed more sheets for a 6 yr old who wets during the night. I had brought protective covering for furniture but needed extra sheets in the event he wet during the night. the person in charge of housekeeping threathened to have me thrown out of the hotel because I spoke up about her speaking a foreign language in front of customers questioning why I needed more sheets like I was going to steal her cheap sheets?????????????????

Very clean and good location. It had a refrigerator but no microwave. for that price it should have provided a microwave. I would visit again but will try to get the bottom floor because we got stuck in the elevator and no apology from staff. No free offers nothing.

Low price for the area. Non responsive staff (the one we met). The hotel is surrounded by asphalt next to a highway. You could probably take a walk outside at night and feel safe, but we didn't. We had booked a non smoking room but got a room on first floor that reeked of smoke. The staff member faked a surprise over that, despite that it was a smoking room. We got a non smoking room on the third floor that did not smell of smoke. The broken air condition unit there worked on high cool or be unplugged. The room was clean and quiet. The supplied coffee bags for the coffee maker in the room were tasteless. The coffee in the breakfast room, available around the clock, was nasty. The breakfast was OK but simple.

The front desk staff was absolutely great! We were in a smoking room. The service of the staff was very good. I didn't like being in a smoking room, but they were completely booked and unable to offer us other rooms, but they tried to accommodate us by offering Febreze to deodorize the room. Excellent customer service by their staff!

Clean! Courteous front desk. Very quiet/refrigerator in room. Vending only available on 2 floors. Good moderate accommodations easy access off I-95 convenient and clean rooms very comfortable and I was surprised how comfortable the bed was.

Friendly staff, clean , good value. Nothing. Great central location, staff was helpful about where to go, things to do, places to eat. rooms were bright and warm.
