The rooms were standard, clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. Friendly, immediately took care of any requests. the Jacuzzi was clean and warm, not too hot. The property has a surveillance camera in the pool area, with a monitor in the office. It gave a sense of security that helped us relax and enjoy ourselves. The neighborhood felt safe. It's located close to shopping and food. The freeway is easy-on, easy-off. We will definetly use it again and reccomend it to others,

They provide many cups for us. It's dirty near the ice machine. It's a good place, but not very convenient for going to many attraction places.

We stayed for 3 days to visit disneyland for my niece first experience. although she won't remember this but we will. This hotel was in a safe location and well centered to our needs. It is well Kept and the pool was well appreciated by my niece.

Staff very friendly. From security, to maids, to lobby. Location and appearance. Great place to stay on a budget, but still a little pricey for what it really was, the location is not very good, but the staff is great and the room was clean.

I stayed here after leaving another hotel in the area. This place was such a breath of fresh air. Check is was at 1pm so I called about 9am and the lady on the phone was so helpful, that she told me to come over whenever I wanted to that a room was ready for me. When I arrived it was on a busy street but a good location for the 5,605,105 freeways. I went to lobby to check in and everything was very neat and the lady was extra nice. I got up to the room which was a single king bed room. The room was super clean especially the bathroom. They had internet access in all rooms when you bring your ethernet cable. I slept well and was never bothered when I put the do not disturb on my door. I called and asked for an extra pillow and within 5 mins the maid was at the door with the pillow asking if I needed anything else. Everyday when I left, I put the please service room and when I got back everyday the room was super clean. The maid service was great and so was the customer service. It has a pool and a hot tub in the back which looked very clean. This is a great place to stay especially for the price. I would defently return again. This best western also had a huge parking lot, so no concern for not having a space.

It was cheap, available, and had a fridge which is a nice plus. If I remember right the window had no lock on it when in the open position. I really wish more hotels would let you open windows and if they have access to them (ground floor etc) lock them in the part way open position. A lot of the cheaper locations always seem stuffy, it would be nice to be able to air out the rooms a bit. As for this hotel, there really was not anything that dynamically good or bad. Not the best, and not the worst I stayed in on my trip.

Very clean rooms, near but not in Los Angeles, near major highways (easy off, easy on). Hotel staff was not very knowledgeable about the area, did not know how to get anywheres. OK continental breakfast, pool and hot tub very clean. I would recommend this place.

Easy access to interstates, cable TV, fridge, and microwave. Location next to a parking garage made for some added noise. For my purposes, the hotel worked out well. It had the amenities I needed (fridge, microwave) and some I didn't (hair dryer, iron). It was clean and quiet, and conveniently located to my destination.

It was conveniently located. Overall feel was shabby. While the location was close to ideal for me, I was disappointed in the overall presentation of the hotel. The staff was very distant and only minimally helpful. They offer wired Internet access in rooms, but did not have cables to offer for those of us who forgot ours, and didn't really know where I could obtain one close by. The room had a very older/shabby feel to it. Stains in the bathroom, shower head pulled away from wall. Hallways also felt dark and uninviting. Overall I was a bit disappointed.

"I'd stayed in this hotel for about a week. The employees are very friendly and the hotel very clean. Room service dialy, with change of bed liners and more. Nearby to the most important highways. You can get to downtown, hollywood, Beverly Hills and Beach cities in about 15 minutes. Good place, I will be there more times for sure "

The staff was excellent! It was noisy and not restful and the room had ants. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. My stay was not very restful. There was a great deal of noise from other guests coming and going, people speaking in the middle of the night out in the parking lot, and the noise from the nearby freeway. The room had ants. The staff clean up the ants once, but the ants were back the next day. Despite the convient location, I'm not sure I'd stay there again.

The hotel wasn't so bad it could've been better but for what we were paying it was nice. We had to be moved out of one room because the TV didn't work and they were really quick about it then when we moved into the new room in the middle of the night the toilet started stopping up. Someone came within minutes of me calling. The hotel has some obvious issues but the staff try very hard to resolve them as soon as they can.

Outside lighting is good. It needs renovation. Rooms needs major renovation. Rooms are very old inside. All hardwares are rusty. AC unit is very noisy. Neighbors are noisy too especially when they open or close the door.
