We arrived an hour early but they let us check in which was great. The staff were all very friendly. It was conviently located right off I95 and just a few miles from North East,MD. We've had a better continental breakfast at the ROUNDHOUSE BEST WESTERN in Boston, but at least they had those great make yourself waffles. The room was very clean and large and the king size bed was comfortable. There was no hotel room odor that is often present and annoying. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place at a great price.

the staff was excellent, check in took me less then 5 mins. Greeted with a smile! Very helpful was there to meet up with my husband who is in the military. Reasonable price. Would stay there again. Only downfall was the hot tub out of order, and the distance to the airport.

The location was perfect. Nothing. This hotel's location was perfect for my trip. I needed to be at Cecil college in the morning and I was less than a mile away and didn't know that when I booked the hotel.

The hotels was nice. The breakfast was godd. One of the reasons I pick this particular hotel was that it had a pool. When we got there the pool was closed and there was no mention of that on the web. Needless to say, we were disapppointed, to say the least. This should have been made know SOMEWHERE.

The accommodations were ready upon arrival and I had easy access to the location for the testing I was taking. There really wasn't anything I didn't like about the room. I thought it was very nice and I would use it again.

They obviously cut corners in construction. Prefabricated concrete sections in a controlled manufacturing environment should result in near-perfect fit and finish. Such is not the case. The floor in our room had a one-inch difference in height where one section joined the other. The builder?s solution was to just carpet over it. A hotel room should be a peaceful haven where one goes to get some sleep. However, the Amana in-wall HVAC unit sounded like a leaf blower, making sleep impossible. Unless you?re completely deaf, book elsewhere.

This was our second visit to the Best Western in North East, Md. We stay here when we go home to visit friends. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice location, close to I95 and Route 40. Shopping and restaurants nearby. I just wish it was a little bit cheaper. I would definately recommend this hotel to a friend.

Staff was very friendly and helpful Heating unit leaked cold air requiring it to run often. I would return to this hotel in the future. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The king size bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was better then most and included freshly made waffles, made by staff, hard boiled eggs, and bagels and cream cheese as well as other selections. Normally I would have tried out the exercise equipment but in viewing the equipment it look on par or better then many places we've stayed. The indoor pool and spa were down for repair, not that we were prepared to use it anyway.
