Great location to everything we wanted to get to. The beds were hard as a rock. We enjoyed the stay. The place nice a clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The indoor hot tub and pool were a plus with our family. There was even a fridge in the room for putting our drinks and left overs in during our stay.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend...we were in town for concert at the Casino..it was only half to a mile from casino..so it was convient location...they have in room refrigerator,microwave.....kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub...The rate at the hotel was 20 dollars lower than Baymont Inn...so that paid for the gas of the trip...overall..the hotel is clean,convient,comfortable and great value...and free breakfast in morning was additional plus...

BOOKED ROOM ON LINE WITH CONFORMATION. ARRIVED AT HOTEL AT 10:30pm TO FIND OUT THAT THE ROOM WAS NOT AVAIABLE. THE STAFF MADE EVERY EFFORT TO COVER UP THEIR BLUNDER. THEY DISCUSSED WHAT OTHER HOTELS COULD DO TO GET US A ROOM BY HAVING THEM DENY A CREDIT CARD TO MAKE A ROOM AVAILABLE. THIS IS VERY UNDERHANDED. DID THEY DO THIS TO US? ONLY THEY KNOW AND WILL NOT ADMIT TO IT. NOT VERY NICE AT 10:30pm. VERY DISHONEST HOTEL STAFF.

The Best Western in Mount Pleasant, MI was very comfortable. I liked the desk area with a table with two chairs. That was very convenient. The suitcase stand was very helpful. I also liked that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area so the heat from my showers did not fog up the mirror! The location was close to everything I needed to be close to. I will definitely stay there again!

Clean and close to everything. Smoking rooms. There was no way for the smoke to go. The halls and lobby were always clean and nice and I would tell anyone to stay at Best Western. The people were so friendly.

I recently stayed here in Mount Pleasant...it was get away weekend from busy life....I enjoyed the Breakfast with waffles and lot other choices....They also have indoor pool,hot tub...kids loved it...The best thing was location..half mile from casino and it sits in same parking lot of Lone Star Steakhouse....overall..we enjoyed it...It was great value..thank you ...

Computer hook up in room. Bedspreads were lumpy. I've stayed in may best westerns over the years and thought this one was rather shabby. It definitely needs to be remodeled.

The Best Western in Mt Pleasant provided a fine and confortable night's rest. Room was clean and the TV had enough on there for me. A steakhouse restaurant is right next door so very convenient. Staff was friendly. This hotel is less expensive than others on the same road and just as confortable. What more does one need for a one night's stay?

Location. Uncomfortable, and unfriendly. The lobby was dirty. Leaky ceiling. The check-in clerk was unfriendly and offish. Watching TV when we came in had to interrupt her. Beds uncomfortable. Room didn't have the feeling of being clean. Beds just throw together - not attractively made.

my girlfriends and I would definatly stay here again on our next trip to mount pleasant. It was very accomodating to our gambling weekend given its location to Soaring Eagle Casino. With three girls in each room, a separate bathroom from vanity area came in handy. The resturaunt directly out front was one of the best steak houses we've eaten at!

It was a very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Could of had better choices for the breakfast selection. Everybody was very polite and very helpful. We would recommend others to go there and stay.

The bathroom was not clean They didn't seem to care that the bathroom was not clean. The beds were wonderful, along with the pillows.

I really liked the room. It was clean and I enjoyed the set up! When I arrived I wasn't sure I had the right place, the outer appearance isnt welcoming. I was not excited about the outer appetence however; the inside was clean and well set up. I enjoyed my stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Convenient to destination, friendly and accommodating staff, good security. Had to move rooms due to leaking AC, staff was aware of problem but still gave us the room. Staff was very professional and accommodating to our needs. Continental breakfast was good with clean kitchen facilities.
