it was an inn simply like a motel but better. it was a simple hotel with basic rooms. i was just there for a short vacation and it was good enough for a simple room.

Staff was very nice and courteous. The toilet did not flush very well. Hotel way nice enough for me. May not not be for just anyone. The only thing that was not acceptable was the toilet that did not flush very well.

Visiting Northwestern University was about a 20 minute drive (7 miles). Train stations were about one mile away for getting downtown (METRA & CTA). Stayed at the Super 8 a block away and it was awful compared to our experience here. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful marble in bathroom and shower surrounds. Toilet was low flow and something was clogged in pipes.

The room was decent for the money, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping staff and front desk clerk were friendly and personable. Mini fridge and microwave in the room were a great convenience. The only complaint I would have is that the bathroom toilet and floor weren't as clean as it should have been.

It was very convenient to the area and family I was visiting. It did not have real curb appeal. It lacked what it takes to really want people to come back. Hotel met my basic needs, but would not be a place I would recommend if anything was available at the same price.

This is your standard, no frills Best Western. The room was comfortable and very clean. Since I arrived in winter, I would have expected better snow removal. I almost slipped and fell when walking to my room. The staff was also a bit aloof. But it's a good value for the money. Nothing special, but fine.

Although the front desk clerk was very nice, I was disappointed to not be aware that it was a motel with doors to the outside, and as a woman staying alone, I was uncomfortable with that. THere was a hair hanging off the towel rack. I did like the free wireless.

Morton grove is a nice town. The staff was indifferent we ordered two beds and got one bed and a pull out sofa. Poor staff. We reserved a room with two beds and got a room with one bed and a pull out sofa. When I spoke to the desk clerk I was dismissed and told "well, we don't have a room with two beds". Poor customer service and unreliable with respect to reservations.

The front desk went over and beyond by helping us when we had a flat tire. Everything was great. This hotel exceeded all of our wishes. Tthe front desk was very helpful. We had a flat tire and he helped us take off te old tire and put on the spare tire. He also gave us some advice on where to take the car in the morning. He really went way overboard in helping my family.

The Best Western Morton Grove was safe, clean,quiet, and was staffed by helpful people. The location is convenient (near major arteries) if you have a car, but isn't much of a destination in itself. It includes a good, healthy and hearty breakfast and has an adequate fitness room and free parking. The big advantage is that it is a great value for staying in metropolitan Chicago. As long as you have a car, or want to use the nearby train, the city is accessible from the Morton Grove Best Western. I was very satisfied with my stay and would recommend it as a good value. Just don't expect frills--it is clean, safe and basic, and has a friendly staff.

Free continental breakfast and free high speed internet. Feather pillows. This was a very pleasant place to stay with everything you need and not too many extras. There was an unlimited supply of hot water and the staff was kind. The linens smelled good andI never saw one bug, not one.

Very good heating system and shower. No lobby, need to walk outside to get to the lobby. Breakfast was good. Heating was good. Not romantic at all. Small room, no refrigerator and microwave.
