Hotel was fine but only fine, okay for the money, location is fine for going to San Diego, not too far. The room was fine, but what we didn't like are the two things. One, breakfast on the weekend days was crowded, line to get to the food, very limited sitting, so people took food to their rooms and it could take couple of trips. Hotel staff worked to keep things in supply at breakfast but at 8:30, half an hour before they would stop serving breakfast, things were running short. Two, when our room was cleaned, we would not get cups, coffee and such refilled, so we had to get extra cups next morning from the breakfast room, not something you normally expect to do. Other then that it was okay.

The hotel staff was friendly, courteous and accomodating. There wasn't anything not to like. Amazing how close it is to Miramar and you can't even hear the jets inside your room! Convenient location, comfortable and clean room, very accomodating and courteous staff. Would recommend for anyone traveling on a budget!

I thought the Hotel was GREAT.. We enjoyed everything.The Hotel was next to a nice eating restuarant and the staff helped me out when I needed their assistance to find my way around the city.

They only had a smoking room available, it was so bad I couldn't even go inside. They are currently renovating the non-smoking rooms and I was assigned a smoking room which stank so bad I couldn't stay there. I had to pay to upgrade to a different room that was non-smoking or move to another hotel. At least parking, wifi, and breakfast are free.

Ok for a business traverler who wants to save money. About 10 miles north of San Diego. Easy drive into town. Not much in the immediate area. Two miles north is a nice shopping center with restaurants and movie house. Hot water went off on third floor secoond day I was there. Had to move to second floor. No offer of help moving from staff. Not the best Best Western I have stayed in, but not the worst. So-s0. Bed was comfotable and each room had fridge and microwave. Nice sized rooms. Just a little friendlier staff and water and would have recommended.

Great Room, clean, and close to I-15 which was easy to get around San Diego. Was in town for a Marine Boot Camp Graduation and would return to San Diego and stay in the same place. The staff was super with directions and suggestions of where to go and how to get there.

The Best Western save me and my husband from a hotel disaster. We moved to this hotel for a clean, nice and decent room. It got the job done for us as we were in the area to search for a home. Thanks Best Western for being reliable and consistent!

The Motel is situated a short distance from downtown San Diego using 163 or the 15. Neighborhood grocery stores and restaurants are located approx 1 mile north and south. Beaces are close and the highways are not closed to construction; sign posts directions are above average and make for easy navigating when supplied with a map of the local area.

The price and location. Furniture in hotel room was missing pieces and needed to be replaced. Overall good for the price I paid.

This was a good hotel with nice staff. Good location close to Disney. Did not know if there was a Shuttle to the Disney park, but the walk was not far.

I liked the room amenities. Refrigerator, microwave, ect. I did not like the smell of the room. On a whole, I really did enjoy my stay. The location is great, and there are several fun restaurants near by. There was a free breakfast served, and the hotel was peaceful and quiet. A good place for a family.

Our room was clean, large and the restroom was equipped for handicap. The refrigerator was a great unexpected extra. And everything was close and readily available by the staff, who were friendly and extra helpful. The pool was heated, so I enjoyed an evening swim. I didn't feel the jacuzzi jets were strong enough, but the setting of the pool area was very relaxing, so it asn't a big deal. Four miles down the rouad is a huge outdoor outlet mall that was so large we had to visit it twice. I enjoyed the free breakfast, better than the typical continental style breakfast. That alone saved us big bucks. Easy direct fwy access to Sea World also a plus. I will be a returning guest to this hotel.

Friendly front desk personnel, and nice breakfast. The only problem was the air conditioner which stopped and started all night long. The hotel is convenient to get to, has plenty of parking, and offers a decent breakfast offering. The only problem we had was with the air conditioning unit, which stopped and started all night long. If it had just kept going all night long, that would have been great, but every time it stopped, we woke up.
