Great Hotel, clean oversize rooms, ours had two queen beds and never felt cramped. Brand new linen, loved the room set-up with microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom was large and clean, self serve laundry was convenient, no pool but the jacuzzi was nice. Extremely friendly staff, breakfast was very nice. Would stay here again if in the area.

Carpets in lobby and room were stained pretty bad! The free shuttle and breakfast were nice. The room could have been alot cleaner!

We had a package deal with tickets to Body World, and we asked for the tickets when we checked in. Upon examination, what we were given didn't look like tickets, so the next morning we went to the desk and were given the actual tickets! I wonder if other people tried to get in with the ticket look-alikes we were given on day one! The first morning I could hardly walk because the matress was so bad -- high in the middle from too many people sitting on the edges I suppose. The other matress in the room sloped off to one side as well. We could clearly hear cars running on the nearby race track. After a day exploring the city we came back to our room to freshen up at 5:30 PM and the room hadn't been cleaned yet, even though we had left the "Please Clean" sign on the door. We ended up just getting fresh towels. Even the way the television options were set up was confusing, and all the TV 'extras' cost 10.99 each! The serve yourself breakfast was the best part -- cereal, juice, danish, bagels, fruit, cottage cheese, coffee, etc.

The staff was very helpful and nice. Everything in our room was very old. I got soaked trying to turn on the water in the bathroom sink with an ancient look. The price for this hotel was just not in line with the accommodations. The rooms were noisy, there was a foul odor and all the furnishings were really old and cheap. The hotel staff was friendly and gave us good directions to local addresses but they charged us extra for my children to stay in our room and they didn't have to make any extra accommodations for them.

Free breakfast, great location, nice staff. Late night noise both outside and in walls not insulated. This is a great value for the money.

Convenient location to Jantzen Beach. Decent hotel for a short stay. Wouldn't want to make a long stay out of it, but nice for an overnighter. Typical ugly hotel color schemes. Interior room entrances andgood for safety. Close to shopping and restaurants.
