Comfortable beds. Clean and poorly designed parking lot.

Our family stayed at this motel this past weekend. We were attending a family wedding. The staff & rooms were quite good. The pool water was a bit cool & there was not any wireless internet. Those are the ONLY things that need to be improved. We had the best time! Having a clean, comfortable place to rest was a big part of our weekend.

It seemed the hotel was going through some changes...having problems with internet connections, workout facility equipment were not all working, staff seemed new or uneducated about the facilities (internet capabilities); long time in checking in. Room was comfortable; shower had not been completely clean. Lots of room at sink and vanity.

The hotel entrance made it awkward to get to the hotel parking lot.

I was not impressed with the hotel overall. First room they gave me the TV did not work and the front desk said ""Oh, yeah, forgot about that"". I also noticed there was no coffee maker in the first room too. The second room I was put in the TV worked. Room was clean, mostly comfortable. Shower water pressure was awful, though. The breakfast here was mediocre, especially seeing that the first morning I was there, they were out of OJ and almost out of milk. No fresh fruit, either. Staff complained about each other for not doing their job.

They had my reservation for a month later than my confirmation, which was done online. There was a dirty soap bar still in shower, no other soap to be found. I requested non-smoking room, received smoking. Things were booked up, so I couldn't change.

Easy find location, friendly & prompt service, clean, safety. Hallways a little noisy with children running around. I would stay here again. Breakfast bar was good, but closed down a little early for our leisure stay timetable. Parking lot a little tight on spaces, but we found a parking spot ok. Convenient location for Manhattan and highway access.

Beds were extremely comfortable, overall nice place to stay, I'll be going back

Jaccuzzi tub, comfort of the bed. No movie channel, a bit pricey, need a small fridge. This motel was very comfortable, The Jaccuzzi tub was ok but not great(the jets were very week on pressure), paid too much for this type of room, a bit above average.

We made reservations on line. When we arrived 2 other guest were ahead of us. One was charged the wrong price. Next ones reservation had been canceled. We reserved 2 queen beds, room had 1 bed, when deskclrk was notified said they had no more rooms with 2 beds. Another guest issued complaint room hadn't been cleand in 2 days. Dsk clrk said clng crew had left for the day. Guest said she had specifcly asked that morning for housekpg & clean towels. We left and went to another hotel.

Customer service.Great. Problem with room odor, but was taken care of immediately. The staff at this hotel was wonderful! Clean placewith a little bit less of econo type decor. Appreciate that!

Friendliness of staff, clean rooms & comfortable king bed with decent pillows. Lack of elevator to second floor. Staff (desk & cleaning) were very friendly and helpful. The staff we dealt with were willing to go the extra mile to make sure every need was met. Sleeping accommodations were upgraded over most hotels of the same caliber at this particular location. Both pillows and bed provided an excellent night of sleep not to mention the rooms were very quiet. It was nice to have a room where you did not here your fellow lodgers taking showers, banging doors, etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Manhattan, Kansas.

The facility was nice, the room was clean and breakfast good. The smoke alarm battery ran low at 4 AM waking me up and the staff was not very helpful. It was abad experience! The hotel was nice and the price was fair. However, the smoke alarm began to chirp at 4 AM. After about 30 minutes of that, I knew I must do something because I could not sleep.I did not want to wake my sleeping children. The employee at the front desk assured me that it was ok to remove the battery, so I did and she left with the battery. I spent the rest of the night worrying about fire! I did not get much rest and therefore my event the next day was not as enjoyabe and then I drove over 2 hours home, through terrible storms, while totally exhausted. It seems to me the whole thing could have been avoided if the smoke alarm batteries were changed on a regular basis.

Clean, relatively new, affordable. Ice problems in parking lot. A lot of smoke smell in the hallways. Overall, a good, clean, nice sized room. The location is good for the mall, not as good for the University, but reasonable. I will stay there again.

Clean and easy to find. No hot tub. This hotel was a new hotel and it was perfect for our need. It was a one night stay to assist our daughter in enrollment to a state college.
