Close to the Highway. Midpoint stop for us on the way to VA Beach. Restaurant was horrible. Fire alarm went off 3 times. Staff could not find our reservations. When we checked in, it took 15 minutes for the front desk to find our reservations. The restaurant was horrible and overpriced. The fire alarm went off at least three times due to a birthday part at the pool with a group of 6 year olds that should have been asked to leave after the second time. If was a fine pit stop on our way to Virginia Beach since my wife and I were traveling with our 6 month old, but in no way was this any more than an economy hotel. I would not stay it again.

The hotel was relitively new and updated. The room smelled so strong of mildew that we had to open the window. The restaurant owners allow their children to have the run of the restaurant and interrupt patrons meals. We left after appitizers because the children were so loud and we had our children with us.

Room hadn't been vacuumed and was very dirty. I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay based on two rooms that I stayed in being dirty.

Restaurant attached to hotel and had good food/prices. The room AC units were loud. Convenient to the interstates 81/64 with easy on/off access. The hotel has a restaurant with good food and prices. The community seems to frequent the eatery which is always a good sign. We used the hotel for a one night stop over to our destination. It was great for that.

Good location. Nice, clean, fairly new hotel. My only complaint was that they failed to deliver my wakeup call as requested. Because of this we were 45 minutes late getting on the road.

Very nice and clean. The dinning room is short of help. My husband and I come to Lexington every year for the make a wish charity. This was the first time staying here, and we really enjoyed the stay. It was very clean and everything was excellent. We would like to stay here every year! Thanks for the great stay!

Good service, convenient location just off the highway but close to shopping. Room furniture somewhat in need of updating. Overall, our experience was great. We stayed at this hotel while moving our daughter in for college. It's location just off the highway and five minutes away from the college and from shops and restaurants (closer than that to some restaurants even) was perfect. Service was great. Beds, towels, linen, pillows and blankets were very comfortable. Older room air conditioner/heater but it kept temperature control in the room well enough. Some room furniture pieces were older, too, but common areas were well appointed. Indoor pool was a little too cold for our two year old, but the rubber ducky in our bathroom was cute and kept her bath time enjoyable. Would recommend it as a good place to stay when in Lexington.

Rubber ducky in bathroom, let us use a wireless router for our laptop. There was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom. One of our rooms smelt smoky and we were immediately given another room. Staff was very nice.

Pretty location. Relatively new facility. Restaurant options were limited. Picturesque setting. Interesting nearby tour opportunities. Friendly staff. Clean, very comfortable beds. Bathroom facilities were above average. Nice breakfast in the hotel restaurant, but limited restaurant options otherwise.

Friendly, clean hotel. Room doors don't go outside, but to an indoor hallway. We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel. Rooms were clean, staff friendly. Check in was a little mixed up, but they corrected the problem quickly.

The hotel was very attractive from the outside. It wasn't free. The Best Western at Hunt Ridge stands proudly by the Virginia Horse Center, its steeple roof visible from the highway. I hope other visitors to Lexington are caught by the site of the steeple and decide to take their business to Hunt Ridge.
