This hotel had a very comfortable room, very neat appearance and very nice staff.

Service. I can not complain about anything. Would love to stay here again.
Date of Stay:
July, 2006
The pool was dirty, the rooms were okay, but not the best! It was very noisy at night. The bed frames moved if you moved and made a loud noise so neighbors could hear and you can hear them. When I made a complaint nothing was done!

Best Western Hillsboro Inn was a very friendly, upkept, clean place to stay in a very convenient location. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that needed to stay in that area.

Nothing particular. Dirtyand out dated. This hotel was a bad experience. Linens were worn and dirty. Room was out dated. Breakfast was poorly attended. I had low expectations going into my stay, but even they weren’t met!

The location Uncomfortable bed and small bathroom.

Rooms were clean and the beds werecomfortable. The breakfast area wastoo small and a very small selection. The AC blew the air into the drapes and not into the room.

The front desk staff. Not pet friendly. This motel was clean and offered a nice breakfast but that was about it. The facilities were outdated and most likely have not been updated since the early 80's.

Were very helpful and kept things clean? I would have liked a treadmill. It served the purpose. Nice and clean. Breakfast was fine.

Customer service. Parking. The customer service was outstanding and I enjoyed the evening.
Date of Stay:

Parking next to room. Lack of working plumbing in loom. If traveling south and you need a room to stay the night this is alright. For the price we paid we expected a lot better than what we got. Our room had no cold water from the sink, so we ended up using water from the tub. The bathroom was tiny. We spent three days there, we won't be staying there again.

Friendly staff, clean room. Heard noise from highway, and thin walls. This hotel is good for the price. The room was very clean, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. It is an older hotel, so you can hear highway noise, and the walls are thin too. I wouldn't recommend for the light sleeper.

The pool actually had a real "deep end." Bathroom door would "stick" when closed all the way. Nice room, very pleasant staff. We enjoyed the pool-actually had deep water. Had refrigerator and microwave. Very clean. Only two problems, neither of which bothered us greatly. Some type of electrical problem which made bedside lights go off and on occasionally; and bathroom door would "stick" when closed.

No surprises. Everything was fine. No pool towels. This was a standard room that you'd expect from Best Western. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and basic amenities. If all you need is a decent place to sleep, get cleaned up and move on down the road, this is a good choice.

Convenient and clean. We were satisfied. It was as expected.

The lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly. Showing a little wear and tear, not bad. It met our need for a nice place to stay while attending a wedding in the vicinity.
