Had to get a rollaway bed. It was filthy with stains and broken. On check out day they called my room and asked if I was leaving I said yes, she was reminding that checkout was 11:00. She then knocked on all the doors in the hallway announcing checkout. Very unprofessional. The room was very warm even though the air conditioner had been running all day

Dirty, and expensive for what I got. Hotel was dirty. And was being renovated and was not aware before we went.

At Best Western Henderson, Tx, breakfast was late being set up on Saturday. Wake up call was very prompt. I worked on the comode to get it to stop running constantly. Small thing. I have to do this at home frequently. Generally the facility was satisfactory.

The continental breakfast. The rooms were too small. The bed was comfortable but took the entire room up. Fair continental breakfast.

The toilet in the room would not stop running, I called the desk to report it and I never saw a repairman or any evidence he came while we were out. I had to temporary fix it so we could sleep.

Clean, well located. Room not up to snuff from last visit. Having to sign paperwork to get an extra pillow at this place (stayed here before) seems really tacky. But this time there were no extra pillows or towels! One piece of tissue in the box. Shower curtain needed replacing. Just small things that disappoint.
