Spacious room. Not enough parking. The room was clean and spacious.

This hotel is not a hotel but a motel. It is in a state of disrepair. The furniture was old, the bathroom area was old and had cracks in the tile around the tub and on the floor tiles. The walls are thin and the guest in the room next to you can hear what you are doing as well as you can hear them. The beds are HARD as an iron board and uncomfortable to sleep on. The best thing was breakfast and it was provided by the Denny's Resturant next door.I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and I NEVER felt safe in my hotel room. If you have other options for places to stay, I beg you to TAKE THEM!!!

Clean! Very good but front desk staff needs to speak better English (broken Spanish/English hybrid doesn't work). The also need to be trained about online reservation services.

We found the rooms to be very very very clean which is upmost importance in our book. The staff were all very friendly and professional. It is located not far from Sobobo Casino where we were attending a Concert so to stay here while playing at the Casino is conviently located to get to and from easily. The rooms are located next door to dining and all seems to be within walking distance.. So overall experience was more than satisfactory.. We would recommend it to family and friends if in Hemet area as well as intend to visit again when out at Casino ...

The staff was rude, hotel was run down, and the whole area felt unsafe. I defiantly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Decided to stay in Hemet since it is centrally located between Temecula, Riverside, and Palm Springs. Looked few different options and liked Hampton Inn, but they wanted * plus tax so decided to stay in Best Western which was more reasonable at * plus tax. The property is not the newest, but was kept nicely. The check in was quick and efficient. The room was a bit dated but was big and everything worked well. The hotel provided a free grand slam breakfast at Dennys which is right next door. Overall, my experince in Best Western was pleasant and would stay there again.

Friendly personnel. Loud noisy guests. Shows signs of wear. Two floors, no elevator. Had to carry heavy bags. There is a more expensive motel down the street. Next time I will stay there.

The pool was warm enough to swim in! A bit noisy with air conditioners and other patrons. My sister and I had a wonderful time. This hotel is located right in the middle of shopping centers, bowling alley across the street, would be fun if traveling with kids, lots of restaurants!
