We got a suite and it was very comfortable and relaxing. We thought the jacuzzi would have been bigger. Our stay was great. My husband and I wanted to get away for the night and we both had a good night. I only wish I new the jacuzzi wasn't going to be as big as it looked in the picture cause we would have gotten a regular room and saved about 50.00. The jacuzzi was just a big bathtub with jets and we have one of those at home. The picture we saw was a huge tub. Besides that our stay was great.

Clean, but the breakfast consits of a few muffins and stale cereal. Coffee cups are thimble size, and it's 1 to fill your thermos. Staff cordial, not overly friendly. Price was the best of the chain hotels in Franklin. Vending=soft drinks only. No elevators.

Good location. Had to pay extra for a non smoking room. They said they would change our room to non smoking, but when we arrived they said they didn't have any left. Then they said they had a cancellation and we could have that room for an extra fee. I feel I was taken advantage of. I'm not happy about it!

It is in a good location. Management was extremely rude and unhelpful. Worst hotel experience ever! Upon arrival was told I did not have a reservation by manager's wife. Would not store luggage when arrived early. Did not honor a request that had been previously arranged by phone with one of their employees.

The backs of the table/chair set are very dirty. The towels are very thin. The desk help when we checked in was almost curt and unwelcoming. I found the furniture in need of cleaning and repair. The towels should be turned into rags and replaced with something that could actually rap around you with some substance.

Reasonable priced and comfortable. Decorating, and took awhile for the room to cool down. We did not eat at the hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel decoration needed updating. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Closeness to the interstate. The woman at the front desk was very rude and had no communication skills whatsoever. Outside of the rude staff person, it is an okay place to stay for the night if you are traveling.

friendly people - they did not speak much english worst breakfast ever -- cheap -- also, could have cleaner rooms and better amenities. I personally would find a better value at other hotels offering a free continental breakfast. All they had was 2 kinds of cereal, toast, and mini muffins. Coffee was terrible - no cream. Bad breakfast spot for a family!

Convenient location. Getting pretty old and worn. Short stay. It was fine. No bad odors. Dated decor and older, worn carpeting. Could use freshening up. Fine for the price paid.
