In my experience with similar hotels on a number of visits to this area over the years, I would rate this one among the best. Our room was very decent, spotlessly clean and well maintained with an adequate bathroom. They offer a free basic breakfast upgradeable for a reasonable fee to an excellent buffet meal. The rates are a little more pricey than some of the others, but you get what you pay for. There is very little to complain about. I'll stay there again.

The staff was very friendly & the breakfast was excellent! Cracks in the wall, rust & gap by the door. Rooms were very small for 4 people. Was hoping the rooms would have been bigger. Good enough for a couple, but not for family.

Pretty much what you'd expect from a Best Western. Older CRT TVs, small-ish rooms, plastic cups in the bathrooms. But, you do get what you pay for. The staff was extremely nice and the location can't be beat....right on the highway at the turn to Eureka Springs. One note,,,there are TWO Best Westerns in Eureka Springs, We stopped at the wrong one first, but they figured out what had happened and sent us down the road,

We gave gone to the Best Western for 15 yrs in November of each year. We have always been treated well by the staff, and the meals were good and timely. We look forward each trip. I'm sorry some of the travelers had bad experiences, maybe the timing was just bad as to who else were guests to the hotel. All appeared to like their jobs. Thank you.

It was close to the area of interest for our trip. Nothing. The staff was very accommodating, kind, and hospitable. The room was quiet. Very relaxing. The hotel restaurant was okay, had one waitress who was not very attentive to her customers, she was talking to friends of hers who came to eat there, and a little bossy to the customers, but she was working for the restaurant, not the hotel. I would stay here again. Price was fair.

Nice clean hotel, you get your money's worth here. The service at the restaurant is inconsistant depends on your waitress. The headboard on the bed was loose and it wobble and squeaked everytime you move in the bed. Be sure to put do not disturb sign on door, if you want to sleep late, because they will bang on it about 7:30 am.

I feel that this hotel was very clean and had all the modern conveniences we were looking for. The breakfast was very satisfactory and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Clean, great location, good food, internet and beautiful fall trees/leaves. Not a good free breakfast for toddlers. I love the location and the landscape outside; I was here for the fall foliage and shopping. The breakfast was wonderful, nice facility. Nice and clean.

This is a must stay place for everyone. Really ULTRA clean, fresh smelling room. We were so impressed by how the room was so very clean, especially the bathroom! Even the towels smell fresh! The staff here are so helpful and very friendly. The made-to-order breakfast is super plentiful! Our waitress was X. X made our mornings so much better because she goes the extra mile being she is such a great people person...very friendly and provides a great service! We really enjoyed our stay and will definately return here again! What a prime example of an all out A+ location.

Rooms was very comfortable, restaurant was excellent , location was perfect, staff very helpful. Coffee maker was pitiful, noDVD player. Highly recommend this hotel for someone to visit Eureka Springs. Location is close without the hubbub of being right in town. The hotel is a tram stop so driving is not a necessity to get to downtown and close by attractions. Clean comfortable rooms, good restaurant, hot tub year round, pool in season.

Nice looking clean place with good heated pool. Service for breakfast was very slow. It was a good stay. The hotel was nice looking with nice facilities. Great access to Downtown. If youre on a schedule add an extra 45 minutes cause it takes forever to get breakfast.

If you want a hotel with a fitness center or want a good's night sleep, don't stay here. The advertised ""fitness center"" is a universal weight machine in the corner of a racquetball court. There are no cardio machines. Music was blaring at 4:00 a.m. You can hear toilets flushing, water pipes banging, etc. We filed a complaint about the music and the front desk called me instead of the violator. I told the front desk about our awful experience upon checkout. The lady said she would have her manager call me. I'm still waiting for that call.

It was located next to our area of interest. The heater in the room stoped working after the first night. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and eager to help. The location of the hotel to ur destination was perfect. It was the off season but this was not reflected by the actions of the staff.

Inexpensive, clean, good breakfast, nice facilities. Interior decor didn't have a very "home-y" feel. Price is great, hotel is clean, the breakfast is pretty good, friendly staff.

This hotel has wonderful customer service. Their breakfst was delicious. The pool area is beatiful. I was very pleased and would definetly stay again.

Convenient location. The free breakfast is very poor even if you add the $2.99 for the buffet it's not worth it. The heater was not good at all. The heaters need to be changed. Nice for one night.

"Our stay was excellent from beginning to end. We spent three nights and enjoyed everything about this hotel. The room was excellent, BEST beds, friendly and competent staff, and great hot breakfast. Very convenient location. Would stay here again and highly recommend it."

The hot tub was sensational. The staff was extremely courteous. The mattress was uncomfortable and could have been replaced. A Laundromat on the premises would be appreciated. The motel was conveniently located. The staff was helpful and courteous. The pool area and hot tub was clean and nice. The area felt safe and secure. The room was comfortable and pleasant. The AC was very cold. The experience was enjoyable and I will return.

I was within walking distance of the historic district without with price! Excellent! The staff was very friendly, and the location was excellent. I would stay here again.
