This is the second time I've stayed at a Best Western brand hotel, and the quality of the stay for me has been poor to average. These are not the best hotels nor the cleanest in every way (there was a microwave in the room). This hotel brand seems to be a cut above Motel 6, at about a 50% more cost. I am going to avoid the Best Western brand in the future.

The pool had a spot where a light would go but it was open and a wire was sticking out, and a child could have got there head stuck in it and drowned.

Hotel is located in a shopping/commercial area that is in dire need of an uplift. From cracked and pot-holed roads to flying debris and dust the area is just plain unpleasant. The hotel itself was in better repair but over-powered by other adjoining poorly maintained property. The hotel?s staff matched the mood by doing no more than necessary to get you checked in and out of their way. The room was clean but very dark and dingy. One glance at the breakfast food and area and we choose to dine else where. This is the first 3 star hotel we would never stay at again.

Driving away - getting to major nearby roads was difficult. Need more directions. Was very close to major mall with many eatery choices. Located well between airport and cedar point and lakeshore locations. Weekend staff was overworked but had good attitude about it.

Our experience here was terrible - we arrived late at night after a long day travelling and we were greeted by the rudest desk clerk we have ever experienced. We had been staying at other brand name hotels during our travel and decided to give a Best Western a try. Never again!

we were enroute from florida to Michigan, it was a convienent place to stop for the night, right off the exit. The room was very clean and comfortable.

It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Even though the room and floor was non-smoking, you could smell it.

I loved this place, my new wife and I had are honeymoon here, in clevland and I LOVED the service, I am usually a high end type of guy, and thught this would be atrosious, but they made every skeptc okay, I mean we did get married in vegas for our first date, but w/e.Thank YOUAlex B

The attraction here is location, near major highways and fast food restaurants. Fairly clean and consistent, with a small pool. Unfortunately, although the hotel was nearly empty, we were given a room right next to a major entrance and we heard noisy doors opening and shutting all night long.

It was right off the turnpike. No tissues, only 2 big towels, the continental breakfast were not so great. Our stay at best western was mediocre, it was not that clean and only provided us with 2 big towels, and there were no tissues in the box. But the other things can be overlooked if the room would have been cleaner.

My room was on the second floor, but there was no elevator. The hallway reeked of stale smoke, although, thankfully, the room did not. They provide shampoo, but not creme rinse, annoying my wife. Breakfast was very limited (hope you like donuts). The good news is that the staff was very friendly. But, I have stayed in much better low-cost hotels. I won't stay here next time.

Friendly staff, knew area for directions. When I checked in - I found out that other folks got better prices. ($30 less) Would recommend it - jest check internet - you can find a lower price - it is out there. I should have done just that -I could have saved an additional $30 from the price.

this is it. Not very close to Cedar Point, if that's what you want to do, probably 30-40 min drive. I was quite impressed with the shower pressure. The free breakfast was just cereral, stale doughnuts, bread for toasting, and oatmeal. If you just need a place to stay and don't care it ""screams HELLO 80's!"" then give it a whirl!

The rooms and the hotel was very clean. The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel had free internet services.
