When we arrived at the hotel it was after midnight, so we were very tired. We got a room with two double beds. I checked the sheets as I always do and they were clean. But one of the beds looked broken and dipped in the middle. Also they only had two bath towels, and I found dirty ones on the back of the bathroom door hook. Went to bed and sleep horrible on the bed, and then in the morning found coffee in the coffee pot, guessing it was left over from the last person. Needles to say it wasn't a bad stay, but I wouldn't have stayed more then one night. They need to pay BETTER attentions to detail when cleaning!

For a one star hotel, it was pleasant. On first glance it looked more than one star. It had all that you needed to be comfortable and it was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Brochures were in our room. The continental breakfast was better than some with waffles and bagels.

Receptionist was unfriendly and unaccommodating, many things in the room were in disrepair, there was no elevator available to the second floor for my disabled sister. Both the ice machine and soda machine were broken. We had decided to stay there because it was cheaper than the Holiday Inn Express down the road, where we usually stay: big mistake! The $20 difference wasn't worth it. But I do recommend the great Mexican restaurant right across the street from the motel where we drowned our sorrows in fabulous, authentic food, wonderful service, and great Margaritas.

Location. Just off interstate, fairly close to Cumberland Falls. The in room coffee maker didn't work. I was pleasantly surprised I had wi-fi in the room I was in. I expected only and ethernet connection. Room was relatively clean but coffee pot didn't work and they had to replace the remote to the tv before it would work.

Lobby was nice, day staff helpful. Beds broken, made me pay via credit card. Motel night person asleep when I got there. Easy to find. Motel. Kind of broken down but ok for the money.

After check-in I noticed that the room only had two pillows per bed. I walked down to the front desk to ask for more pillows. You would of thought I asked for free champagne!!! The lady made me feel like I really put her and her friend out! They were eating pizza and bull crapping! I asked for 4 pillows, the ones in the room were tiny. The woman at the desk told me she would call the room once she found some. Fifteen minutes later the phone did ring and I was instructed to go to the front desk to get 2 pillows.

Close to highway. Mattress saged in the middle. Good for the money.

Location. No elevator for handicapped mother. Hotel was fine, great location. However, I had a pet and my handicapped mother. Perhaps, I did not know how to make that known or whatever, but this made it difficult for me.

The pool was great. They changed the price. I have 2 older children; I didn't know I would get charged more. It was nice, clean, and the pool was great.

It is the best hotel we have stayed at in Corbin. No complaints. Easy access to I-75. Clean room, polite staff. Double-headed shower was very nice. Good place to stop for a night while on the road.

Location. Sheet had Hilton & I had to go pick a clean one myself, no customer service for what ever reason. The office was very neat and clean. My room's chairs were not comfortable at all. But I was turned off by the coffee pot not being clean and my bed sheet had Hiltons on it. I had to have my mother pick up a clean sheet from the office. No customer service I guess because of the time it was 9:30 pm and I was in my nightgown. Bed linen should be checked closely.

I stay at this facility only because it allows pets. It's just ordinary,--nothing outstanding. It is convenient to the highway and allows pets. I have stayed there several times, and the price is never the same. When making a direct reservation, the price was higher, but they did not make an extra charge for pets, as they did this time.

The beds were firm, not hard probably medium. The location was great. Dining was in walking distance to the Inn. Shopping was also within 2 miles or less wallmart Big lotts. The staff was great very friendly and courteous. No complaints.
