Great location close to Silver Dollar City. It was not close to "The Strip" in Branson, which we appreciated. Breakfast was nice. Hotel and pool were clean and staff were friendly. Not very busy during the week and we had the pool to ourselves many times. Older hotel, but looks like it has been remodeled and was very clean and comfortable.

me and my family had an okay time because the a/c wasn't that strong and the room was small. i would not refer this to anyone unless you would like to be in a suite.

The Hotel is located near Silver Dollar City and provides free transportation. It is away from the Branson "Strip" so it is secluded and quiet. Would recommend it highly.

Off the strip and out of the traffic, but still close enough to everything. The fact I didn't know until I got there a Teen Conference was staying there. Had not the place been over run with children, it would have been a very nice place.

Our stay at the Best Western was good. The first positives that I can think of are the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff was very nice. I was able to book the room for less then a hundred dollars a night, which really helped out since my family is on a budget. Don't book it for the swimming pool or the arcade room becuase neither are that impresive. I read a lot of reviews before booking the hotel and I think the biggest complaint was that the drive to the Branson strip took too long. It's about 5 or 6 miles to the strip and I don't think it really bothered me until I went to the landing, which is on the other sude of highway 76. Some tips: -Take the free shuttle to Silver Dollar City. Get there early and do all the big rides while the lines are not long. -Ask the staff for recommendations of places to eat. -If you haven't been to the Landing yet you should go! There are a lot of nice shops plus you'll see some neat places in downtown Branson. Mr. B's old Fashion Ice Cream is my recommendation. -If you did not bring a computer with you on the trip no worries, there is one in the looby that's connected to the internet and it's free. I used it a few times myself. The only real problem we had was a mysterious wet spot on the floor that appeared by the balcony. Since it was in the corner it was not really a big deal. When I called the front desk they had someone there in 5 minutes to check it out.

Our stay at the Best Western Branson Inn was very pleasent. The room were very comfortable and clean. There was a balony that you could go out on. I enjoyed that each morning. The hotel staff were very friendly always there to help or just to say hi. The location was nice we were within 5 mins or less of entertainments and restaurants yet far enough out of the downtown traffic for a goodnights sleep.I would stay there again.

Breakfast bar and its location were perfect. Needs major decor updates. Great for families. So close to Silver dollar city you could walk. The breakfast bar was great for us and for the children.

When we first walked into the room, it was humid and extremely HOT. The Air conditioner was not on, not even on a low setting to welcome our arrival, and the temperature that day was at least 101F. We had just come from Silver Dollar City, and all we wanted was to relax in a cool room, and were denied. When we turned on the air conditioner, it smelled wierd, almost like, urine. We had to leave the room to be comfortable. We went to the pool, in which we were swimming with people who were just swimming, who lived in MO., and not actually staying at the hotel. We got back to the room after only about 20 minutes of swimming (mainly because we were crowded with at least 50 people), and our room was no where close to getting cool. We tried to cancel, and were denied due to the fact that we booked through online travel website. We had to jump through all kinds of hoops to try and cancel. By the time we could, it was close to 7pm, and there was no place else to go. We had to stay there, due to the fact that all the other hotels were booked, because of the weekend. The electricity was cut off twice during our stay, due to "power grid maintenance". The security doors did NOT work. There were signs saying that you had to swipe your card after 5pm, and they were left open. Some were even propped open. I strongly advise that you NOT stay at the hotel.

The pool was excellent - great for the kids. Hallways were hot. I chose this hotel because of its location and it proved to be an excellent choice. Nice rooms, good free breakfast, shuttle service to Silver Dollar City, friendly staff. Easy to get to.

Wow the remodeling has made a huge improvement. 100% high speed internet, New rooms, remodeled meeting space and the large indoor pool was very warm. Loved it and will go back often

The breakfast bar in the morning helped cut down on cost. The balcony railing was loose, did not let the kids go out. The room was a nice size with comfortable beds. The balcony was a little scary with the kids. The breakfast offered help save on cost, had something for everyone. The kids loved the heated pool.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The rooms could have uses a few more electrical outlets. The advertised high speed wireless internet but was only able to connect in a very few areas. The connections that I was able to make were very slow, 11Mbps.

The Staff was extremely friendly. The cont. Breakfast was not very good. The French was horrible. This was a very nice, friendly hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The Staff was very help, although not very knowledgeable about the wireless computer setup at the motel. They did, however, point us in the direction that we needed. It is close to Silver Dollar City and they provide shuttle service which is great.

The big sliding doors that lead to a balcony. The fire alarm went off at 7:00 am. Everything was good; the lady at the desk was very helpful. But, the fire alarm went off at 7:00am and a guy had to make two trips up to disconnect it. Finally he just tore the wires loose. I would stay there again. Stuff happens.

The staff was very friendly. Paid way too much for this hotel. Not that you have ever listened to any of my comments, but. Both of our rooms turned out to be smoking rooms, and we requested non smoking. They could not be changed because the hotel was full. I have commented about this and other issues without as much as a peep from your people. Did you actually get my comments? Do you actually care one way or the other? It is almost like the 'great and powerful oz'is running your business, because I never hear any feedback from my comments positive or especially negative. Do they go into a big black hole, or does someone actually read them and make changes.

Breakfast staff. A little far from some places. This was a good clean hotel. The staff was friendly. Overall it was a great price and well worth it.
