There was always someone at the front desk. It wasn't over crowded. Juice machine did not work and the milk was a little lukewarm. This is my second trip to this hotel. Really can't complain about anything. Pleasant one night stay.

We stayed here when the hotel was fairly new and loved it. The poeple were very nice, the rooms clean and comfortable. But the last 2 time we stayed here we were very disappointed. The last time was the last straw. The last time was the last straw. The room did not seem as nice and clean and I felt that the bed linen was not changed so I asked for it to be changed while we were gone. When we returned the bed was made but the sheets still looked like someone had slept on them. The bathroom also felt like it had not been cleaned throughly and the room smelled of cigarettes even though we asked for non-smoking. The last time the maids left our room unlocked all day while we were gone. We also noticed other rooms were left unlocked. This made us feel like it was done on purpose. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The Wi-Fi service was not accessible. The parking was limited. I was not able to connect to the Wi-Fi service that they provided and when I called tech support, they said that it was my computer not the service. I have stayed at many other hotels and have had NO problems with connecting to their Wi-Fi. I will not stay in that hotel again! They claim free Wi-Fi and did not make sure that I was able to connect, bad customer service. One of the front desk clerks said that there are a lot of customers that have had the same problem connecting to their Wi-Fi service.

Should be named The WORST western hotel. The room smelled like smoke (we had a non-smoking room). We asked before reserving the room if the bathroom would accomodate a wheelchair and was told it would. Guess what? It didn't. When we called the front desk to see if we could change rooms, the receptionist was VERY rude and pretty much said we should have checked it out before arriving??? How??? I will never again stay at a Best Western.

The TV had a remote. For the price, it was horrible! The hot tub was broken, the bedding was stinky, the toilets had a hard time flushing, there was nothing continental about the "continental breakfast", it was WAY over priced, but it had the nicest staff I have ever dealt with.

I've never expected to much out of the lower cost in a hotel or motel. I think my stay was pleasent and the desk clerks were friendly.

Very friendly and polite staff/ front desk. Hot tub listed was out of order and no work out facility- inaccurate description. I see no reason why this is a 2 star and the only other listed hotel is a 1 star there were no differences in the stay or amenities listed. Hotel staff is personable and friendly.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The maid service was poor. Overall the hotel was fine. The best thing about it is the location. There is a small lake within walking distance that is nice to have a picnic by or just to go for a walk. The maid service was poor. The beds were not changed regularly and they were not even made up well. Towels were not always replaced nor were the plastic cups. I left a personal item at the hotel and called them and asked them to send it to me and charge the postage to my credit card. They said they would, however, I have not yet received it so I am not sure that they will do as they said they would.

Nice and clean. Had a fridge and a microwave in the room. Close to the freeway. A bit had to find because we reached there at night and the town is not well lit. Didn't help that the lane markings on the roads were worn out. The hotel was good though, and the quality exceeds the 2-star rating.
