Nothing, very dirty. Very dirty, broken furniture, horrible breakfast. I would never use this hotel again.

This place wasn't the worst I've stayed in, but it left a lot to be desired. The non-smoking room area smelled strongly of smoke. The box springs on one of the beds in my room was badly stained. Overall, the hotel was kind of smelly, dingy, and dated. It is not an expensive hotel, but I still think I can do better for my money. On the positive side, the front desk people were friendly and the hotel felt safe.

This is our second stay at the Best Western Ardmore Inn. Not a luxury hotel, but for the price, it can't be beat. The room was clean, the hallways were quiet at night, and everyone slept well, what more can you want.

Location and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Continental breakfast was in a very small room but OK. The hotel was located off the highway and easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and assisted when we were in need of anything. The breakfast was sufficient but to dine in the room provided was difficult because it was very small and only had four (four seating) tables so packed if everyone went down at the same time.

The breakfast was awesome. Our room smelled of smoke. The reservation was in my boss name,I had a little trouble getting past the front desk, but otherwise it was an overall good experience!

Bathroom and shower were poor quality air conditioner was loud. While my room was a non-smoking room, the hallway reeked of smoke. The pool was not clean. The shower head leaked all over the bathroom. The air conditioner (window unit) was loud. The parking lot was well lit and the staff was friendly.

Location was easy to get to. Near restaurants and coffee shops. Pool was not maintained. While some updates are being made, the hotel was rather dated.

Brand new hotel, beautiful. Excellent staff, great location. Nothing. The staff is quite cheerful & go out of their way to assist and help you. The hotel is brand new, only a month old, so everything is spotless. The breakfast is great: waffles, eggs, sausage, breads, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, & juices. Great pool and Jacuzzi. Lavish rooms with sitting area, separate room for bed, bath and wash basin. Refrigerator & microwave in each room. Some have stove top.

Continental breakfast provided. Not pet friendly although they claimed to accept pets. Our experience at the best western was unpleasant. We took our pet because the hotel advertised that they accepted pets in their hotel. However, we were given a smelly, dirty, smoking room when we arrived because "that's all they had available for pets." the hotel offers wireless internet connection, but it does not work well. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Also, their front sign, which towered above the parking lot, was unsteady and loud as it swayed in the wind. As a large wind storm was coming, we were worried to park. Although a contractor came to give an estimate, the hotel staff said that they would just have to let it fall because they could not afford to fix it. We will not be staying at this hotel again.

Nothing. Dirty. The beds, carpets and towels were stained and gross. At breakfast, the milk was left out without refrigeration and was warm. The food was not refilled. We will never stay there, again.

The location is great. No elevator and needs major renovations. This is not a 2 1/2 star hotel - it is barely a 2 star and more like a 1 1/2 star. Very run down with no elevator. Milk for breakfast was left out and not on ice - very limited breakfast. Rooms are decent size but bare minimums. Bed was lumpy and old. Tile in bathroom was coming up and the door was difficult to shut because of this. Please consider downgrading this hotel to a 2 star - other hotels in the area looked a lot nicer.

The pool was clean and unobstructed. Smoking room! The amenities were not as clean as they could be. The beds weren't made properly. The hallways and lobby was hot (thermostat on 80, outside above 90.

I liked nothing about this hotel. Rude staff, no compliance, did not have our rooms. The staff at this hotel was very rude and insulting. The clerk insulted our intelligence numerous times and did not even attempt to be helpful or courteous. I will never stay at a Best Western hotel ever again. I am a frequent traveler and stay in hotels many times a year and have never had such a deplorable level of service as I received at the Best Western!!

Location, good breakfast. Tub drained slow. We like the breakfast-my kids love the biscuits and gravy. I wish the beds were not so springy.
