Great location, easy access to restairants and shops and very helpful friendly staff.

Location to airport. Asked for room near lobby, told not available.

The mattress cover had a lot of hair on it. This was brought to their attention and the chair had a spot on it, which I covered with a sheet. The manager apologized. The mattress cover and all the bed linens were changed and a complimentary dinner was provided. Other than those concerns, the room was clean, beautiful and newly remodeled and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This was a fine hotel for the money. It was about half as much as other hotels along Wolf Rd. You won't get blown away with how nice it is but at least it was clean and close to everything. The breakfast was a plus and it was good. Not having a workout room was a bit of a negative, but again, you get what you pay for.

The pool at the hotel was closed and staff was willing to drive us to a sister hotel to use the pool at that location. Security was very poor. Unlocked and propped open doors in the middle of the night not good. Parking situation and shuttle very helpful to travelers utilizing the airport. Staff was helpful with positive attitudes.

The overall condition of the hotel was grubby and oozed neglect. Sunday evening I spotted something odd on the floor along the wall next to the door in my hotel. I thought it was a spider's egg sack and got closer to look. (Note, an egg sack wouldn't have bothered me. Much. I would have scooped it up on toilet paper and flushed it.) No, it was a glob of something under swarm of ants. Yum. It was pea sized and there were probably 100 ants on it. I later found an ant on one of my used tissues on the bed stand, clear across the room. Didn't know ants were interested in that sort of thing. I had trouble sleeping that night between the room temperature that was either hot or cold, on or off (i.e. no thermostat or fine temp control), and (having immersed myself in The Talisman all afternoon) images of the ants finishing off their glob and turning their attentions to the unmoving slab of meat on the bed. I'm not sure that the cleaning staff would have noticed my demise...

We were visiting our son & his family. We looked forward to shopping on Wolf Road, an old stomping ground. It was fun to have our grandson(and parents) enjoying the pool for a few days. Our room had a door poolside which was very convenient. The room was kept very clean and the staff was friendly. Sometimes, however, the pool wasn't kept as warm during the low traffic days. They featured a wonderful continental breakfast bar that included freshly-made waffles!

Bathroom door hinge was broken, thus could not shut the door, bathroom exhaust fan would not shut off, thus constant noise.

The Idea of a hotel with a good price and good location to the Airport, with free shuttle service, sounds really good, but when i got there, the staff wasn't very helpful, the bathroom didn't meet my cleaning standards, the bedding is very thin, when i asked for extra blankets they couldn't give me the amount that i asked for, and they didn't have any extra pillows, and when i asked them to bring me these items, they came to my door and complained to me about every thing that i didn't do for them in order to make there job easier. I thought that service desk meant, that you were taken care of, not the place where you take care of them. I wouldn't stay there again unless the tore down the place a rebuild it.

I did not like the room at all. The room felt so small. The bed was broken, every move I made so did the bed. I wanted coffee and the pot which was located in the Bathroom, was FILTHY. I'm just not buying it. Won't stay with Best Western ever again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good, easy to find. The continental breakfast was very good, lots of choices. It was clean and had been updated fairly recently.

best western Albany Airport is very nice, reasonably priced and very very convienient to the airport. With shuttle serviceto the airport made this an exceptional place to stay. The hotel had breakfast, a lovely lounge and indoor pool. I had everything I needed at a great price. The Best Western Albany Airport is now my stay of choice when I need to fly out. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

The hotel has a great breakfast that includes a make your own fresh waffles from scratch. Great coffee and wide selection of continental breakfast items. The rooms are extremely clean and pretty spacious for a Best Western. Nice service staff. We have no complaints. The best motel for the price that we have stayed in for years.

It was easy to get to. Not clean, no clean towels, no service. The staff at the desk gave us the wrong keys, the bathroom was not clean, our room was not serviced after each day, we asked for wash cloths and they said they had to run them through the washer and dryer, this took 2 hours, I felt badly for an overworked housekeeping staff ofone woman.

We were very disappointed that the hotel looked old and very shabby. The metal clothes rack that was located over a table (where it would have been very difficult to hang anything) was falling off the wall. The walls were filthy. A family reunion was taking place there the same time my mother and I were there and the guests were just rude. At 11:30 at night they were yelling in the hallway outside our room and kids were going down the hallway knocking on all the doors. The only reason we stayed was because we arrived there late at night and it was too late to start looking for another room elsewhere. (My mother is 82.) Luckily we just stayed the one night. I definitely would not recommend this hotel. It needs a major renovation.

Convenient locationandairport shuttle. Dated, not very clean, paint peeling mold in shower. Other guest had AC catch fire. Put in room closest to freeway! Fine for 1 night transit stay. Close to airport, but noisy due to airport and freeway directly behind motel. Fine for price and includes free continental breakfast.

Hotel is OK, but housekeeping was slow, and they apparently didn't have enough linens to properly supply all the rooms - even though they were no where near full. No towels in the room when we came back at the end of the day, and only 3 bath towels were delivered after they had been washed - no bath mat, no hand towels, etc.

Sink and tub water had problems draining out okay the cave walls are gone. Time to get some light into those rooms and some average bedding done. Get those ice boxes in the room working too.

The Best Western worked out nicely for our needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a lively location with lots of kids and families. It clearly needs a bit of maintenance and updating. The room was little rough around the edges, but everything worked and for the price we certainly couldn't complain.

Location. Old. Small bed. Dirty carpet. A hotel you don't want to stay.
