We stayed at this Best Western on our way to Hawaii, and the rooms had a slight mix up, but the staff/manager was so gracious to fix it and make us feel very welcome and important. If we ever travel this way again we will stay again. The room was wonderful, very comfortable and roomy.

Had to pick up son who was coming in from Alaska. Plus spent time with some with some friends. The staff and rooms were great I would recommend this hotel to people. Look foward to staying there again.

The check in process was easy and the desk clerk was helpful and friendly. My room, a single with a king sized bed, was very large and comfortable. This is the first hotel bed that didn't result in a morning backache for me. It had all of the amenities I needed, coffee pot, refrigerator, iron and ironing board. Plus a comfortable chair and ottoman and a large writing desk. Even with all this furniture the room was not crowded and there was plenty of space in which to move about. The location, near the airport and car rental, was convenient. There is a room where guests have access to computers, and the snack, drink, and ice machines were located near my room (a plus). An ATM is located in the front parking lot. I expected the night to be noisy because the hotel parking lot was nearby as well as a Village Inn restaurant, however, there was no noise at all in my room. Generally, I was pleased with my stay and when I return to Albuquerque I will definitely consider this Best Western again.

As a single mom with a young child, we liked the hotel because it was safe, affordable, and had a breakfast. It was important to my young daughter to have a pool/hot tub. First night it was okay but second night hot tub was luke warm, cool. We froze. I'm a single mom taking my young daughter out for spring break. I chose the hotel because of the affordable price and the safe location. But I also chose it because my daughter wanted a swimming pool/hot tub. I never swim but because this was important to my daughter I bought a $40 bathing suit. The first night the hot tub was okay, not great. Warm enough. The second night it wasn't working properly and we froze. Maybe spent fifteen minutes there before going back to room. I asked the front desk to turn up the heat. The girl was very nice and said she would call the manager. A few minutes later girl came by and said the maintenance man had said it was in working order (although he didn't come by to check) and basically there was nothing she could do. My daughter was very disappointed. I didn't even use for an hour. So is life. The front desk did give me a free upgrade on next room for inconvenience.

The Best Western Albuquerque Airport was just fine. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was friendly. Morning coffee was weak but not the end of the world. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. No elevator to 2nd floor room, had to cart luggage upstairs. No elevator, had to haul luggage upstairs. Otherwise, excellent hotel. Very close to airport. Clean, friendly, good breakfast.

I will start by saying that our stay here was, by and large a good experience. There was a small problem with 1 of the outside doors which over the weekend was fine to get in and out of, then on Monday it stopped recognizing most of the entry cards. So needless to say, we had to walk around the hotel just to get back in. This not only inconvenienced us, but staff as well. We told staff about it, but it was not rectified by the time we left. The WIFI worked quite well, no complaints there. It is convenient to everything and we will probably go there again.

Friendly, clean, complimentary breakfast, location and price. Our first night stay was very comfortable & the complimentary breakfast was varied and very good. Because of its location to attractions and the airport we booked our last two nights there when we returned from our travel around the state.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was vary dated and the internet was on an off the whole time and was told there was nothing they could do about it. The staff was very nice and helpful. Just the furniture in the room was very dated. But to be fair it was clean. The WiFi was on an off both nights we were there and they told us there was nothing they could do about it. The breakfast staff really went above the call of duty. We got to the free breakfast 5 min before they were stopping an yet she still cooked us eggs and waffles.

The room was clean and in excellent condition. Parking left something to be desired. I would recommend staying here. I did not get to try the breakfast because I had to leave before it was ready. I will try it the next time I am in back in Albuquerque.

Friendly atmosphere, excellent breakfast, all expected amenities. Very pleasant stay. Rooms were large and clean, with all the amenities travelers have come to expect from modern hotels, including in-room coffee, iron and ironing board, cable and wireless internet. Also had microwave oven and small refrigerator. The included breakfast was extensive and very good. I'll look for Best Western Hotels for future travel.
