The Best Western was a bit pricey at $125 a night, but it was nice, quite, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower. Staff was super nice.

Organized; everything worked; good staff contact. No elevator to 2nd floor; tough to carry luggage.

I was not happy with my stay I booked a King rm, with hot tub, Fire place, fridge and microwave. with a lake side view. The bed was no King size bed, there was no fireplace, the fridge was unplugged so We had to leave our drinks out sliding glass door to get stuff cold. ( thank god it was winter) the hot tub was a joke also. it was very short. it was the shortest hot tub Ive ever seen. Also the flat screen tv mounts covered the access connections so we couldn't plus in the usb cord to watch porgrams off my computer. and what happened to the lakeside view? For the amount of money we paid for this rm. I should have went to Serenity Springs... Much nicer place to celebrate any anniversary.. Sry I will never return to that hotel. Staff was pleasent

I liked the pond and geese. Adesk clerk was not very friendly. Very nice hotel, and the price on price line was excellent!

I came into town for my daughter's graduation. This was conveniently located near the highway (and it's south of I-94, not north), but it felt like I was miles away. Quiet, restful, situated right on a small lake, it felt more like a mountain resort. The lobby was very nice. Rooms were peaceful and comfortable.

The staff was very helpful. The hot tub was not very clean.

I was totally disappointed with this hotel. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Poorly renovated. Missing features basic to any hotel/motel such as guest directory.

The Hotel was very comfortable, the room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and a table and two chairs. The location was very good -- it was only one block to the restaurants and stores. The only negative point was the heat in the room. When we arrived, we were freezing and it took most of the day to feel good.

I liked the lake view from the common areas and good breakfast. This hotel has some extras refrigerators, microwave and a nice water view. The breakfast was better than a typical continental breakfast.

This is one of the best, Best Western I have stayed at, newly remodeled. Great Hotel, Free Hot Breakfast included with great rates.

The Best Western in Chesterton was out of the ordinary as far as appearance. It was very welcoming and interesting. The rooms were average rooms but well kept. The facilities were abundant. The only complaint is that the pool sides could have been cleaned/scrubbed. It was a nice sized pool with a hottub and sauna. The location is excellent is if you a planning a visit to the Indiana Dunes. It is located in a small town with is very quaint and the people are friendly. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Large room, refrigerator, microwave, pool, hot tub, balcony. Nothing that we didn't like. Very nice hotel. Beautiful lobby area. The pool and hot tub were very nice and relaxing. Our room was large and had a refrigerator with an actual freezer (not just a little cubby freezer) and a microwave, which most hotels usually charge extra for. There was a balcony with sliding glass doors. Very reasonbly priced, and were very impressed. We will definitely stay there again.

I have stayed here before and the hotel was very nice. It seems in disrepair and dirty all over inside and out. The only thing that was nice was the bed. I did find local restaurants to be quite nice, and I enjoyed other things I did, but I was disappointed overall with the hotel.

The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, when my wife mentioned she had problems climbing stairs they put us in the first floor. I had to meet my wife at the hotel and I worried about her safety at how dark the parking lot was. Her complaint was the noices coming from the furnce

STill in remodeling stages. May be better once work is complete

The whirpool was great. The staff did not address our issues with loud guests. The hotel was decent. The queen whirlpool suite was in a good location within the hotel. Plenty of privacy. However, the hotel staff was inattentive regarding the loud couple in the room next door. Asked if they contacted the other party regarding our complaint about being woken up in the middle of the night, we were given a run a round. The first night of our stay was not enjoyable because of this.
