Carpet was very dirty with who knows what on the floor, maids never vacume, or cleaned shower durning our 4 day stay. First night only one pillow was on our king size bed. Our next door neighbors partied loudly outside their room until 5am first night. Lots of Spiders in the room. Front desk was not very good about answering the telephone. But they were pleasant in person and helpful.

Location to my conference. The room was dirty; sheets not changed. The hotel is located next to Martins West. That’s about all I can positively say about this hotel. The room was dirty, bed sheets not changed, female hair all over the bed sheets and blankets. Carpet was dirty. It’s an outdoor hotel and the neighborhood is sketchy at best.

Price was reasonable. Front desk had trouble finding our reservation but did give us a handicap room. All was clean, orderly & quiet. Only had warm shower water each morning. Front desk & Maintenance did correct it quickly. They did offer to have us use a near-by room. Continental breakfast was good but never varied. Same food each day. We'd stay again.

I will use this hotel again. This hotel was very nice, quite, and in a good location. The room was very nice, close to the pool and the exercise room. Have already recommended this Hotel to 2 people that are going to Baltimore, MD soon.

Price performance. Internet in room not working. The hotel did not have elevators. It was not a hotel that one feels safe in.

The staff was nice and helpful. It was a motel and disgustingly dirty. I felt unsafe and did not stay. Checked out as soon as I entered the room. Turned around and left. See above.

The staff was awesome. Nothing, everything was great. The hotel was recently redone so the over all appearance was great. I was greeted by a very attentive staff and led to a beautiful room. As a mom of two I appreciated the free drink in the lounge as well as a free breakfast. The staff did there best to ensure my happiness, they even threw in a complimentary robe and slippers.

noisy, too close to highway noise and door to outside and noisy people walking by at all hours lost the remote to the TV on 2nd day and NO HOT WATER in the shower

Location close to shopping and interstates First room assigned was not made up, had to be assigned another room. The first room given to me did not have the bed made and there were towels on the floor, etc. Apparently the maid was called away and did not return. But everything was fine in the second room. It was a small inconvenience, but it is the reason they did not get a higher score from me.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast! No fitness room or whirlpool. Clean, nice and convenient to Baltimore. Great staff and delicious hot breakfast.

It was a motel located only some feet from a busy expressway. It also had tractor trailers on the lot . The room was unbelievably noisey all night. The room was a handicap accessable one with no tub just a make shift shower. There was no hot water in the morning It was a nightmare and my wife still won't let me forget it. What was to be a surprise romantic getaway from the kids for a night, was a romp at a truck stop, noisy (highway traffic and parked refrigerated trailers running all night), cramped room, and uncomforable night. Then to add insult to injury, no hot water in the morning. Thank God for florists.

Very close to the highway Party in lobby was very loud. I heard them from my room. Although a good price, it wasn't as advertised. Breakfast was over at 9 am for Mother's day without prior notice. We came down at 9:15 and there were others very upset, because they didn't let anyone know ahead of time. Also we were supposed to get a complimentary newspaper. When we checked out at 9:30, we were told that the papers had not arrived yet. What morning paper is not delivered by 9:30?
