The Best Western Vicksburg, MS, was a very nice place to stay. The front desk was staffed with two ladies who were courteous and attentive to our needs - they even had a tub faucet on hand to show us how to turn the shower on! The room was spacious and comfortable and there was a separate sitting area with a sofa and coffee table. The location was easy to access from I-20. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a pleasant interlude from driving all day!

It was clean and everthingI could have looked for in a hotel. Where it was located. Itruly enjoyed my stay. The service was ok. The room was great, clean very spaceous, comfortableI would tell anyone that's looking for someplace to stay if in the area to stay with you.

We were very impressed with this Best Western. It was the best hotel for the money that we have ever stayed in. We were shocked at how much we got for only 80. The room was very large with 2 queen size beds and had everything you would need: refrigerator, microwave, iron, hairdryer, etc... The free hot breakfast was wonderful - by far the best breakfast we have ever gotten at a hotel with a complimentary breakfast. AND THE BEST THING OF ALL WAS THE HUGE INDOOR POOL! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool!!! And all the staff were super nice and polite. Our kids said they wanted to stay at this hotel every vacation. lol

Big disappointment for a motel with a 3 STAR rating. Two of the chairs in the room were physically broken (this was the upgraded room with a Jacuzzi ? it seems to me they would have put the broken furniture in the cheap rooms)! The washcloths in the room looked and smelled soiled. The beds were not clean with body hair on the blankets and pillows. This room was a non-smoking room but the ac unit reeked of cigarette smoke. Another disappointment was the breakfast: The imitation eggs were burned and soggy, the biscuits were dried out, and one of the toasters was broken.

This was our second time staying at the Best Western in Vicksburg and, just as last time, our room was very clean and crisp. Everything worked in the room and the staff was courteous and friendly. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room which always comes in handy. They have an indoor pool, which is great when it is raining outside and is one of the reasons why we chose this hotel (summer showers are common in Vicksburg). Our grandkids loved the pool. The only drawback to the indoor pool is that the water is a little cold (wish they would turn the water temperature up just a little bit), but it never stops my granddaughters from having fun anyway! Their location is great. It only takes minutes to get to the Battlefield, Old Courthouse Museum, restaurants, etc.

I enjoyed my stay. Things were quiet around the hotel. I only stayed for seven hours nothing negative. Off the road away from traffic but still closed to eating places.

Very deceiving. The lobby was very nice, as was the pool (not heated by the way), vending machines all broken, the hallways looked very dirty. The room was ok. Nothing special.

i woke by the crawling of a roach on my arm. i jumped up and threw the pillow and there my husband and i saw the roach that probably had a good time crawling on us during the night.
