We were interested in overnight accommodations because of a meeting the next day. The bed was great, the breakfast the next day better than expected, and the room very quiet. The WiFi was functional and very strong. Contact with the staff was minimal. The only smile we got was from a maid. No smiles or "Glad you're staying with us," or "Welcome." We were assigned a second-floor room at the far end of the hotel, as far as possible from the elevator, but next to a stairwell, even though we asked for a room that was accessible for the disabled (I have trouble walking any distance). Other than the long walk, our stay was enjoyable, but I would have to think a while before recommending this hotel to someone in my age range (>75) or with any any disablilities.

User friendly services and knowledgeable staff. Only one elevator to service 3 floors. This is an excellent hotel to stay at whether on an extended stay or just an overnight visit. The staff is very knowledgeable about the area and local events.

We would definetly stay here again. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was open 24 hrs a day which we took well advantage of. The breakfast was great. Was just a great trip!

Great Mid-Priced hotel. Within walking distance of restaurants, groc store. Very polite staff. Very clean, good neighborhood, nice pool. Would stay here again.

My husband checked us into our room and came to get me. He said, this is a great room. I agreed totally, the Best Western in Twin Falls, Idaho has very clean rooms,they are comfortable and very nice. I also like the fact that the motel room has the vanity separate from the bathroom. The breakfast was very complete and very tasty. Enjoyed our whole experience. The Snake River canyon and Twin Falls were very close by.

Nice room, comfortable bed, roomy, with storage and extras,i.e. iron. Nothing. This is is nice hotel in the older area of twin falls, but close to everything, golf course, snake river, shopping and restaurants. The main road in front of hotel was under construction, but the hotel is well insulated and noise wasn't a problem but getting out and into the hotel was. But this is temporary. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was great. Enjoyed the stay and would stay here again.

Stay away from suite #214 unless you can sleep with the noise and vibration from the hotel laundry directly beneath you. It's really bad when the machines are out of balance. The microwave was not even wired to electricity. There were very few cooking supplies even though the room provided a huge kitchen.

Staff was very helpful during check in and provided extra help when asked. Room was very comfortable and fairly clean except a very dark pair of shoes that seemed to have been overlooked inside the closet. other then that the room and hotel was great.

Got the worst room and it was full price. They only gave me a 10 discount. Front desk guy said other rooms were available so there was no reason for them to give that room. At least the room was clean because I spent a lot of time awake in it. the manager REFUSED to give me a discount. A ridiculous way to do business.

The fridge and microwave were a surprise and always a welcome amenity when traveling. The full hot breakfast was wonderful. Construction on the road, although temporary, made it somewhat difficult to get in and out of. Great room and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff!

Clean room with microwave/refrigerator/exercise room - met all my requirements. I enjoy staying at this hotel. It was clean. The breakfast was good and I will return again.
