The hotel staff at check-in were very friendly. However, our good experience ended when we left the front desk. When we walked into the room, it was like walking into a hot oven. The air conditioner had been turned off and the room was unbearably hot. Texas summer heat and no air conditioner is not a winning combination. When I notified the front desk, they apologized, but told me to "give it a few minutes". In my opinion, we should have been moved to another available room. After sweating in the room for a while, I wondered around in the hall and found a soda machine in hopes of cooling down with a cold drink. Unfortunately, all sold out!! And to make matters worse, when I used the restroom, the toilet wouldn't flush!! The only positive to the entire stay was the included full breakfast each morning. I will never stay at a Best Western hotel again!!

The hotel was VERY easy to find no matter what direction you came in at. Our room was clean and spacious... mini fridge... microwave... nice flatscreen TV. Easy access to 45 and 242.... in a very safe location.... well lit. Surrounded by tons places to eat... May I suggest Mama Juanitas!!?? I will definitely be staying there again.. lots of bang for your buck. Another plus was there was no deposit on the high speed internet and it actualy WAS high speed.

When I travel on business I work from the hotel room on my laptop. This hotel has the fastest internet. This is very important for busy business travelers like me. I usually have issues with the internet access especially in the evenings when a lot of other guests are using the internet the systems bogg down. But not with Best Western in the Woodlands, Texas. The hotel was booked solid that week and I had no problems. Everybody was very friendly. The front desk manager... I think his name was Vi... went out of his way to make sure every guest was happy.

Overall fine for the price I paid for the room. The WiFi did not work and I had to use an ethernet cable, which worked fine.

Nice and clean hotel. Very convenient to the Woodlands Mall, Sam Moon, and many eating establishments. Rooms were nice, clean and well taken care of. Swimming pool was not a plus, but we're talking January. Breakfast was very good: eggs, potatoes, cereals, fruit, waffles, juice, coffee, bagels... tasty. Easy access from I-45 and 242. We would definately consider staying here again.

The Texas waffles at the breakfast buffet are cute, but there was no buffet on Sunday, which was odd. Free wi-fi is a plus, but the noises from the highway aren't so nice. It's clean and spacious, but didn't impress me as being exceptional.

The Best Western was very new, convenient to I-45, next door to McDonalds. They did serve a decent breakfast. The room was huge. We had 2 doubles, and put a twin air mattress on the floor next to the beds - and still had ample room.

Staff friendly and helpful, clean, easy to enter from freeway. Breakfast gravy and eggs bland. I would stay there again if in that area.

As we entered the room, a roach ran across the floor. When we called the front desk, they questioned our sighting of the roach. A lady from the front desk came to our room and tried to look for it, of coase by then it had hidden. We understand that bugs happen, but really did not appreciate the questioning of our judgment. They did eventually get us a new room.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for shopping and restaurants and easy access to the highway. (even tho there was some road construction just to the north)

The hotel did not have a restraunt but did have a very nice breakfast served every morning. There were a lot of restraunts close by so we didn't have to drive very far to eat. The room was very nice. I hope I get an opportunity to go to the Houston area again and I would definitly stay at the Best Western, The Woodlands.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The people above us kept us up all night. They were walking around all night. This was very close to what we need. It was a very nice hotel. The only problem was the people above us. I think they slept all day and was up walking the room all night.

Hotel is right off the interstate, so it was easy to get to. The room was large enough for four adults to be comfortable. A great place to stay if you're going to a concert at the Woodlands pavillion due to its location. I would stay there again.

At check in , I asked if there was a fitness center and what time it opened in the morning. I was told it opened early, she couldn't tell me a time.Next morning about 7am I went down to the fitness center. It was not the easiest place to find as the signs leading you there are decieving.I get there and my rom key does not open the door. SO, back to the front desk to ask how to get in the room. The man tells mes I have to have the card,programmed for the fitness center.So, he does that, but why could the girl that checked me in do that when I asked her about the hours of it?? OK...I get into the gym, of which consists of 2 treadmills and a bike.I get on the treadmill, and it doesn't start. It is plugged in but no power. I try the other one, same thing. So................back down to the front desk I go.I tell the man that the treadmills don't seem to be working.He says, Oh...you have to sign out a key for the treadmill. WHAT????? Why oh why didn't he tell me that when I was there 10 minutes earlier getting my card programmed so that I could even enter the gym.This was SO frustrating.As for other things, the AC was very louid, the curtains in the room didn't close so the sun beat in every morning , and the beds were less then comfortable.
