Staff was very friendly--i needed medical help and the manager provided his own doctor to help my needs-ultra friendly. Neighborhood.

General cleaniness need to be improved and the servicability of the electrical appliances need to be maintained. Great help from the service staff but not all are kind to service you.

The area is quite good , walking distance to Senado Square, Grand Lisbao Casino. Not too far from the Ferry terminal to Hkg.

It's a fare deal for travelers like us because we only need a room to sleep in, we were out the whole day touring around Macau. The service is good, especially the Filipino workers were so helpful.

Small hotel in the old port area, a short walk from Senado Square. Friendly staff but facilities are limited (bar closes at 10.30pm!). Our room this time was very small with poor lighting, but otherwise OK. Taxis are difficult to find but main bus routes run close to the hotel.

The staff was helpfull but the advertised shuttle bus to the ferry wharf is not true --no such shuttle!! B/F at hk$75 overpriced for basic set menu,no restuarant in hotel, tv failed in first hour, no hot water first day--no notice given!!

According to the price, this hotel is great. The newly furnished rooms are outstanding y the people working there are very kind, trying to do whatever is in their hands to make your stay a pleassent one. I strongly reccomend this hotel.

A very good hotel in an excellent location. The room facilities all worked well. Only a very short walk to the Historical Centre of Macau, and good cafes close by. Helpful staff, particularly Edward and Lawrence who saw that we had a nice stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

Service was great. Showres were excellent, and in-room broadband worked well. Staff wre very helpful. Generally, we thought this was great value for money, and just 5 minite walk from Senada Square - 10 minutes to Grand Lisboa.

The service staffs were excellent but the room is kind of age. And be careful not to tell the Taxi driver that you ware going to the Best Western coz there is another Best Western in Taipa! That's rite, I was brought to THE Best Western instead of the Best Western Sun Sun...

We stayed in the standard room. Facilities were worn out. Toilet made funny noise. Only recommend if you are really on budget.

Beware, the water is not hot at all. So it's only suitable for accomodation during summer. During winter, be prepared not to bath as long as you stay there. The bell boy is very nice. Staff at the counter is also good.

lobby is poorly lighted and one of the attraction in any hotel/s is/are the restaurant/s, going to the restaurant or dining area is confusing generally price of accomodation is also not attractive considering its location thus serving only as a transient for a first time traveller and reccomedation to would be traveller is low, need improvements and careful study on the pricing. filipino staff are all good because they converse good english and very helpful
