The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was decent. The host for breakfast was super friendly. However, the beds in our rooms were awful (cheap quality). My husband and I had to sleep in separate beds because of the squeaking sounds every time we moved.. Even when sleeping in separate beds, we could hear the sounds and it would often wake me up.

Staff extremely friendly, great location. Older hotel - could use some updates. However, for the price it was fine! Large rooms - free continential breakfast. Everything was clean with the exception of the carpeting. Throughout the hotel and in our room the carpets were dirty. Could use a good cleaning! Maybe they were waiting for the end of the season! Overall, very nice!

I've stayed at places where it takes me hours after waking up for my back to adjust to a bad bed, but NOT here. This place is relatively new (we stayed here Aug 2007) and the beds were GREAT! I would come back again just for the beds, but the rooms are spacious also and each separate area has a TV (1 even has a DVD player, great for kids)! The refigerator is about 3 feet tall (no freezer area), but holds a good bit -- again, great when travelling with kids. PLUS there's a continental breakfast every morning. The breakfast areas is nice and clean too. There were ONLY 2 downsides: (1) the kids would've really like a pool. Apparently there's a "sister" property close by, but Best Western Suites can't use the pool there, why not? (2) The front of the building should also have a ramp area for disabled people to come in the front door.

My stay was out of season but the price was very good for a room with 2 beds, couch, microwave and small refridgerator. The interior is a little worn but clean. Again for the money, it was a very nice room.

Location. No lobby area. A very satisfactory, inexpensive hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful.

We left a Quality Inn on Ocean City to stay at this hotel. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. We stayed in a two room suite and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was a nice bonus. Our trip started as a nightmare but ended in pleasant dreams! I recommend this hotel****

We thought that we were walking into a dive for the price. But after arrival we relized that we got the same room we did last year but with out the view. We got three nights here for the price of one on the boardwalk, and it's the exact same room. Management was very friendly and helpful.

Location. Stains on the floor. It was a handicap room when nobody in my party was handicap. We were very disappointed with the way thesituation was handled.

Best Western Ocean City Hotel and Suites was a good value for the money. The rooms were large and had a separate living area with a sofa, television and dvd player. The beds were very comfortable. A complimentary breakfast was served every morning. The hotel was only one block from the beach and within easy walking distance of night clubs and restaurants. The only drawback was only parking for one car per room. My son had his car along and had to use off street parking. Also, although the rooms seemed very clean, the carpet in the hallways looked a little shabby.

I think the staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a continental breakfast. The staff was very helpful about the way to travel and where things were located around the area. They have a great selection for breakfast and very friendly workers.

The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff was promopt and effecient. The beach was right across the street and parking was easy. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was more then ample.....bagels, toast, yogurts, pastry etc. Nothing fantastic, but it was an easy way to start off a day at the beach. The fridge and microwave in the room were also nice comfort items. Overall, we didn't spend all that much time in the room because we were always out and about at the beach/boardwalk.......but when we were there, it was pleasurable.

Housekeeping was good. There is hardly any room for your clothes, had to get dressed out of luggage. This hotel is not worth the money. There are hotels closer to the beach that is just as nice for half the price. I will not be returning.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly. I liked that it was across the street from a nice part of the beach (not too crowded) and there were a lot of nice restaurants in the area.

It was ok. The friendly staff was welcomed. Halls were hot and dirty carpet. Mattress was uncomfortable, bathroom was cramped. Bedding was too small for bed, came off. Friendly staff, convenient location, nice complimentary breakfast and eating area. Needs some work towards cleanliness, one of my pet peeves when staying in a hotel.

The hotel was okay, but I was stuck in a handycaped room. I asked for some extra pillow and they said they didn't have any. No frills hotel. Although the rooms were larger than most hotel. All in all, it was just okay!

The Best Western in Ocean City, Maryland had a nice set-up with a sofa and TV in one room and beds and TV in the other room. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and very helpful. The cleaning staff unfortunately were not so good. The bathroom mirror was always in need of cleaning as were the carpets. We even tipped our cleaning person and that did not help with improved cleaning.
