Hotel location was great...went to great america and gurnee mills mall....had great time...lots of places to eat around also.....only thing negative was really bad wobbly toilet seat...LOL.....who can't live with that?

Good breakfast, helpful staff. Cracked window not replaced. The hotel was clean and well kept except the cracked window in our room which they were aware of but had not fixed it. It could pose a danger if we had small children. The breakfast was good and included hot items besides the usual cereal and fruit.

This motel was a great deal. The room were spotless and the service was wonderful. It is located across from Six Flags and right down the road from Gurnee Mills shopping. I have stayed elsewhere in Gurnee and this hotel tops them all.

From the get go - we arrived late and the Staff was very helpful and understood that we just wanted to sleep....He even put us in another room that he felt was more suitable for access reasons. The room was VERY modern and CLEAN - location saved us parking at Six Flags (just across the street). The only drawback for us was housekeeping every morning at 930 knocking and having to wake up and let them know we're still sleeping...BUT - if you get up early...that's not gonna be an issue.

Very close to Gurnee Mills. Room cleanliness. Overall, the room was pretty clean. But, we found two empty Little Debbie boxes in the dresser drawers, under the TV. That indicates to me that the hotel staff does not really clean the room thoroughly. Elevator had broken trim around floor, and control panel door was swinging freely. (Safety concern). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was very good.

The staff is always extra friendly and very accommodating. Love the great location..close to shopping, easy to locate. Very friendly staff (manager is excellent. I stay here every time I go to Gurnee). I also enjoy having a fridge/micro in room. Not a high-end hotel but always clean, nice.

Lobby and breakfast. Room was nice. A little small. The room was nice and clean. I thought a little small but not bad. Better than several that I have been in. Great price. There were only 2 hotels with this being one of them that actually had 2 queen beds in a room. There were no restaurants in the hotel. There were several near by. There was a pool but it was also small not a normal size pool. Staff was very nice and friendly. Which was a big plus. Overall I would recommend it.

The price was reasonable, the breakfast was very good, the room was reasonably clean and comfortable. The soda machines did not work, did not have the soda we wanted. For the money, this hotel is clean and comfortable. The pool is small but sufficient. The whirlpool was very hot. The breakfast was very good and included in the price of the room. We would stay there again.

Close to six flags. No double beds. The staff stated that check in time was 3 PM but check out time was at 12 PM therefore the stay does not constitute a 24 hour stay. Nonetheless the staff did locate a room for me to check in at noon.

Convenience and cleanliness. Bathroom smelled a little musty. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. It was very confidently located to six flags and the rooms were clean with the exception of the shower smelling a little musty but they were clean, beds were very comfortable! The breakfast they have for you is excellent-waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, juices, and fruit. Nice place for a family to stay when visiting Gurnee.

Was clean. Breakfast. Hotel served it purpose. Main importance was that it was clean, we checked in early as well without any problems, which is important with a tired toddler.

The rooms and staff was very nice. Water temperature in the pool & whirlpool were cold. I felt the temperature of the water in the pool and the whirlpool could have been warmer. My youngest son and I didn't even swim because we were too busy shivering. The water in a whirlpool is usually so hot when you get in, you can't stand it, this water was so cold you couldn't stand it.Is there not a temperature gouge on the whirlpool?

The hotel room was updated. Hotel bathroom could have been cleaner. The hotel room was spacious and updated. It offered enough room for 4 people to be in it comfortably. We enjoyed our stay!

I loved that it was a suite and the rooms were very clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We do have to call down to the front desk for extra blankets, surprised that there weren't any extra in the room. Other than that no other problems. I was very pleased with my stay. It is very close to the mall and other shopping stores. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this same hotel and would recommend it. The continental breakfast isn't bad either. The staff was very friendly and also very helpful!
