ArrivalI had previously e-mailed my arrival time.I was not informed that the book in time was 2pm. I arrived at 10am from an international flight. and was informed my room was not ready and would be ready by 12 midday. I arrive at 2pm and there was still considerable delay. Once informed my room was ready, I went and discovered that cleaning staff wer still there. I found this delay unsastisfactory as was very tired. Reception staff did eventually apologise and offered complimentary breakfast. For the rest of my stay, I was satisfied. This issue seemed to be one of 'not enough staff to deal with number of arrivals and departures'Management could spend more money on upgrading decor

I stayed for one night and based my choice on reviews on [website]. These were spot on - this is a gem of a hotel. It doesn't look anything from the outside but is absolutely fantastic inside. I stayed on the first floor facing the street but heard little noise thanks to double glazing. Had a little noise from room above with people moving around but no impact. Tha room and its facilities were tremendous. Great location and pricing through Rates To Go. I loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. I recommend it to anyone who wants a hotel in Sydney CBD area for a great rate, great location and facilities. Top quality hotel and I can't speak highly enough of it.

Close to town and facilitiesGreat place to stay, central to all the places we needed to visit. Easy parking for pick ups, coffee house within the building. Clean and tidy.

The hotel looks a bit disappointing from the outside but has very friendly staff and well appointed rooms.It compared very favourably with a larger apartment hotel nearby where my friends stayed.

A great little funky Boutique style hotel. Fantastic location right next to Hyde Park. Good value for money (better than Ibis, Travelodge or Pensione) - much bigger rooms and better style overall. Will def stay again nxt time we are in Sydney

Previous reviews were accurate, this is a fabulous little place to stay. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to city and other attractions. The room was a reasonable size very comfortable for two, bathroom and interiors all tastefully refurbished. Would recommend to all for location and value for money.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The luggage room is very useful if you arrive at the hotel before check in time, or if you are leaving Sydney later than check out time. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to sights, shops and restaurants (eg. CBD, Surry Hills, Paddington), plus very close to train and bus services (less than 5 minutes' walk from the hotel). The room was great - clean and quite spacious. The in-room kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, cutlery, crockery, etc) are excellent.

Very near to hyde park (5 mins). Walkable distance to circular quay and darling harbour. Lots of cafe and restaurants along Elizabeth street

Hotel very well located. Room was perfect. Only thing to notice is the stairwell not that fancy.
