This location was perfect for our meeting at the Independent Adoption Center a little over a mile away. The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was better than average, and the rate we got was very reasonable. We had not requested but were assigned a handicapped room, which had plenty of space for a wheelchair (which we didn't need) but almost no countertop space (which would have been nice). Still, we'll likely stay there again - just in a different room.

Extremely comfortable bed. Nothing. Relative to other hotels I checked out, the price was very reasonable. Very convenient to my destination and other sites I wanted to visit.

We came to attend a family wedding and when I was in the shower the morning of the wedding the power went out. I thought I was in a bad horror movie because it was totally dark. The front desk did not have more than one flashlight for the whole place, that was kind of distressing and the staff was not much help with the situation. Otherwise the room was nice when the lights worked. Could not get the full experience at the breakfast buffet because I could not see what was there.

We recently stayed in this Hotel. It was a delight to have great friendly staff. My Kids enjoyed the pool while i could catch up on the Free Wireless internet. A lot of restaurents nearby for dinner. By the way, free hot breakfast was good. We will certaily stay here when we go to Florids this summer.

When we arrived we noticed the alarm clock was broken so i asked for a wake up call the following morning, that did not happen. When I asked the desk person about it the lady was very frustrated trying to get breakfast ready and was very rude and told me she was to busy to talk about it. I then asked for a do not disturb sign to put on the door and a new alarm clock. She was very rude and got the sign for me but told me no on the alarm clock. I was told that they could give me a wake up call instead. I found that funny because they had forgotten to call and that is why I wanted another clock in the first place. We returned later in the day and found the beds were made which should not have happened because there was a do not disturb sign on the door. I then noticed some pills on the floor. I looked in my suitcase and found they were my migraine pain medication. I could not believe they had stolen some of my pills!!!! I can not explain in words how poor the service and staff were.... I will stay at one of the many hotels in the area next time!!!!!!!!!!!!

Location was ideal for what we were in town for that weekend. Seemed rather out of style in decor, but it was comfortable nonetheless.

Not much to write home about on this one. The room was ok and the whirlpool tub was too gross to think about getting into..therefore the extra money spent on the whirlpool room was a WASTE!

We went up to Indy for the time trials, we have stayed in this area several times and really enjoyed the area and the hotel.

Rooms were nicely remodeled. Old, tired building. Arriving at the hotel, it was an eyesore with a whitewash exterior. The rooms were decent, but it was evident it was an old building and I felt uncomfortable there. I would not have booked the place myself. Didn't feel safe.

We stayed in this hotel when we took our 14 month old to Indy to visit the Children?s Museum and the zoo. It was a great trip. This hotel had clean rooms, friendly staff, free wireless internet, free breakfast and an indoor pool at a great price. Lots of good restaurants close by. If you are looking for a hotel away from the downtown area this is the one but don?t worry you can easily be down town in a few minutes.

Nice bedding & pillows, friendly staff, great breakfast. Noisy refrigerator in room, ceiling a bit outdated. The young man working at the front desk was extremely friendly and pleasant during check in. The room had very nice updated bedding - crisp white sheets with high thread count, and 4 feather pillows per bed. The pictures on the walls, curtains, etc. seemed to be recent updates as well. There were plenty of towels, and everything was clean. The breakfast area in the lobby was large, with plenty of tables, and there was an adjoining TV/sitting area. The breakfast was very large for a continental breakfast: coffee, juices, bagels, pastries, fruit, cold cereals, and there were hot items as well such as scrambled eggs, sausage links, and biscuits and gravy. It was a very nice breakfast spread for a hotel of this price range! There were only two complaints that I had about the stay - the refrigerator in the room was a bit loud - but we just unplugged it. The ceiling squares/tiles were a bit outdated and dingy, and need updating but it didn't affect the neatness and cleanliness of the room. Overall, this particular Best Western hotel is very well kept. (We have been to other Best Westerns that were dumps!) We would recommend staying here to anyone who wants a nice room and breakfast.

Everything was great, but a tad hard to find. A little hard to find. Mostly a very good experience.

Staff was very accommodating. There was a group ofteenagers at the hotel. They ran up and down the corridor knocking loudly on friends doors, slamming doors and being loud! The hotel stay would have been fine if not for the teens. Staff did say something to the group more than once in an effort to get them to quiet.

The bed was very comfortable. The full breakfast was just okay. The hotel was easy to find and the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I was bothered by the fact that a truck was parked in a handicap parking spot that should have not been there. I reported to staff and am not sure that it was taken care of. An older man really needed the parking spot and had to walk extra distance to bring his things into the hotel. Why have a handicap space if the law is not enforced.

The cleanliness, wonderful hotel staff, great first experience for my 6yr. old that can't stop talking about the hotel. The heat in the heated pool was not on but was turned on later in the night-only complaint. It was a great experience for my family with younger children. My 6yr old can't stop talking about how cool it was at the hotel. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room and the lobby were very clean and the warm breakfast was enjoyable.
