The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was very good and on time. The rooms were nice for the price. There were more places to eat across the street. Dunkin Donunts was next door. It also seemed a safe place to stay. We will be going back.

it was nice for the price. drove 3 hrs, arrived at midnight, stayed only 8 hrs to sleep and eat the continental breakfast, then went to a seminar close by. good location, clean room. clean lobby, nice friendly staff. everything i expected, would stay again if in the area.....

Arrived at hotel without a reservation. was on the road with sales call and did not want to travel back. Excellent staff, requested staff to have early breakfast since i had a long trip home and the staff made sure that I had breakfast before I left around 5am. excellent for wireless internet was able to do all my work from the room and also have a business center where i can do my printing. great will come back always

The Best Western Rockland was nice enough, but if you have smoking sensitivities, be aware that the rooms may not be purely smoke-odor free.

The staff was the most friendly I have experienced at a hotel. We left in the morning to go shopping and the cleaning staff turned on the AC while we were gone and it was freezing in our room when we returned. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would absolutely go back if in the area.

The staff was friendly enough but I felt like I was staying at a motel, not a hotel, and really, I'm not that picky about my hotels. The key to the outside door took three tries to work, the carpet in the room was wet when we got there, the metal parts of the shower were rusty, and the TV was unplugged... which isn't a big deal but it was just strange. I assume the carpet was wet because they had just washed it but it is still gross to come into a room with a wet carpet. And it's not like we checked in early. It was somewhere around 5:30pm. I probably won't be staying in this area again anyway, but if I do, I will probably look elsewhere. We were there for a wedding and had lots of friends staying at the Holiday Inn and it was MUCH nicer.

The Best Western Rockland is located very conveniently to the South Shore. The rooms were nice, and the breakfast(included) ... had many offerings beyond the standard continental. We would recommend this hotel, and also would stay here again.

Pet friendly. A little noisy. Good overall experience. Reasonable rate, pet friendly and convenient to our final destination. Would recommend to others.

The hotel stay was o.k not much for kids to do,I would recomend for business but not for a family stay exspecially for young kids.

Free internet, staff. Everythng else. The stick film and smell from the cover-up spray they used in the room ruined my stay. It was on everything. Floor furnishings bed pillows etc. tTe scent drove me crazy, I did not bother getting a shower or bringing my clothes in the room.

Convenient location. No elevator or pool. Hotel was ok. Had tochange rooms upon arrival because non-smoking room smelled of heavy smoke. New room was better.

It is near my customer that I went to visit. NA. This is an old, poorly maintained building, they have done a terribly inadequate job trying to remodel this sow's ear into a silk purse!

Everyone was helpful and friendly. I also felt very safe there. No pool. I have not been back to my home town in about 11 years and now that I have found a place to stay that is helpful, clean, and safe my plan is to continue to return.

Continental breakfast. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The provided continental breakfast was quick and adequate. The room was fine, but could hear noises from the rooms next door. Also, they should make the doors to the rooms close more quietly (constant loud slamming doors).
