we had a great time. hotel is situated right on the sound. just a short drive over the navarre bridge to the beach. beautiful state park right on the beach. hotel was nice.clean rooms,great beds,enjoyed the complimentary coffee/ coffee maker in the room.

Very nice staff. Very helpful and sincere. Clean rooms. Hotel is right on the water, we could do windsurfing right out from the beach one day, because the wind was right. We stayed three nights. The Gulf beach is just over the bridge, less than 10 minutes. If you can afford to spend more than $300 a night, you can stay there on the island. Otherwise this is the place. Breakfast includes fresh fruit(apples and bananas), real milk, omlet, more than just a continental breakfast. In the room there is a good refrigerator, we got fresh strawberries in the grocery store across the street, and the next morning we found them frozen, because we put the most extreme setting. You can get ice on each floor. There is a nice pool with awsome view, however we never had time to go there, since we were on the water each day windsurfing. We hope to go there back next spring, or maybe sooner.

Very nice hotel, but a few things i didn't like. The bay was beautiful, but I did not get a good view all saw I was a wall. Pool was okay, but kind of small and full most of the time. Everything else was fine. Overall a nice hotel.

The check in person was very friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was goood. The surrounding area was nice. We enjoyed our one night there. I would like to go back and stay longer.

Front desk staff unfriendly (several encounters with different employees) Housekeeping staff extraordinarily nice and helpful, but not great at cleaning. Room smelled like mold and mildew resulting in nasal congestion for us the entire 3 days. "Private beach" is a joke. There is a 6-foot wide stip of sand with 3 chairs on it with metal steps going down to the water. This particular part of the beach is unusable as the water is black and murky. There must've been some heavy duty editing software used to make the pictures as shown on online travel website, doesn't even look like the same place. The 3 days we were there we went down to the "free" continental breakfast at 9am. Breakfast is supposed to be 8-10am. There was nothing but ketchup packets and apples. Very small pool was only heated after 6pm so it was never warm. Only 6 chairs at the entire pool.

I have to say that as a local, I was very disappointed in my stay @ the Best Western Navarre, Navarre, Florida . First, I paid for a waterview room and got a room on the East side of the building when the water is on the South side. I understand some people might consider a room that is facing a parking lot with the water off the the right waterview I how ever do not. Then when we called down to ask for a late check out we were informed that they do not give late check outs. I have never heard of a hotel not giving late check outs. Our check out was @ 11:00, all we were asking for was a 12:00 or 1:00 check out. No one bothered to ask what kind of late check out we wanted.Also I thought the staff to be a bit rude not only to me but to other guests. So I have to say that the next time my husband and I are looking for a night get- a-way from the kids....It wont be @ the Best Western in Navarre.

Its locality to the beach. Just minutes away. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of Navarre. It is easily accessible to many local services. The hotel staff were friendly, the rooms were comfortable, for the time we spent in them.

The motel was out standing and the location was great for me. My sister lives in Navarre and was in the Gulf Breez Hospital. Shortly after I left, my sister that lives in Mass.came down to visit. I suggested they stay at this Best Western. Thay did and were also satisfied.

Location was great. They negotiated a better rate with walk in people then I got. Hotel was clean and the location was good. The view was outstanding. Saw dolphins in the sound which was cool.

Everything was great at the Best Western in Navarre! The hotel has a great view of the water and the bridge crossing over the bay to the beach, which is only a 2 minute drive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to everything, beaches, zoo, food and stores. Pillows were soft but small; We're use to king size pillows. these were twin size. The grounds are well maintained along with the swimming pool. Upon check in staff was cleaning the pool. When we got up in the morning, the pool was being cleaned. The housekeeping staff walked the grounds picking up trash. Room was clean and neat. The staff was friendly and always smiling.

The Best Western Navarre was a very pleasant experience. Check-in was quick and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was a very short distance from the beach (which was a BIG plus)! Our over all experience was great and we would stay there again.

I liked the view overlooked santa rosa sound as well as the pool. Parking was kind of crowded. Hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, was only a short drive to the beach and was convieniently located to several eateries.

Discount given at certain eateries in the area. Check-in too late. Clean and convenient. Cleaning staff needs quieter wheels on carts if they are going to staff cleaning rooms so early.

The staff cleaned the pool area every morning thoroughly and went out of the way to answer questions regarding the area. It was high season. We took 2 teenagers afraid they would be bored as we had to leave them alone one night. They met new friends easily and enjoyed the pool, walks on the beach and being within walking distance of local fast food places and a beach shop. With them being happy, it made our trip easier.

The breakfast buffet was awesome, dining discounts to local restaurants, clean. Wasn't on the beach, hair dryer didn't work, needs more hanging space for towels. This hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. Their breakfast buffet was wonderful - exceeded traditional continental. Clean pool and convenient beach access, though not actually on the beach. Restaurants were convenient.
