The Best Western at Lock Haven was easy to find and its location was within walking distance of the quaint town shops. The room was comfortable with down comforters and lots of fluffy pillows on each bed and it even had a small refridgerator in the room to keep our drinks and snacks cool. Yet, the blow dryer did not work and there was no maintenance staff on duty at a time when we needed them to fix a running toilet. We ended up fixing it ourselves even after the hotel staff offered us to change rooms to accomodate our needs. The hotel staff was very pleasant and quite knowledgeable about dining and places of interest in the area. The full breakfast provided with the room had a great selection of foods and the warm foods were warm while the cold foods were cold...very pleasant for a buffet style breakfast.

Room was neat & attractive. Breakfast was very good. We were looking for 1 night lodging and this location suited where we would be.

Room was clean. Front desk helpful. Allowed us to stay 2 hrs. beyond checkout. Friendly help. Only downfall was breakfast was skimpy and they ran out of certain food items during stated hours.

First room right next to reception hall, asked to move. The second room the ac unit did not work. Moved from the noise to the heat. Also, the rooms are extremely small.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very good and accommodating, especially since there was no restaurant on the premises. Great location. Would recommend to anyone.

Hotel employees were courteous and helpful at all times. We usually stay on first floor but had to stay on 3rd floor due to musty odor in 1st floor room. This was my second stay at this hotel with someone accompanying me. Overall, the hotel was clean, affordable, and easy to get to from all directions. There are two to three eateries with great food within walking distance, and shopping for pharmaceuticals and other items within a short driving distance.

The mattress was very comfortable. I booked a 2 bed room, they only had 1 bed available. They did not offer a discount. The Internet was up and down the whole time. There's only 2 hotels in lock haven, next time I'll pick the other one.
