The Staff are very helpful, friendly, fast and efficient. They got me checked in early as a room was available (i was prepared to wait). had a even numbered ground floor room so only noise i had was when people walked past my room or slammed their doors shut The Free Breakfast was always fresh and very nice. And upon check in you get a 10% off dinner coupon but never got around to going to their seafood buffet on friday have been told its good. like the fact that the free internet had a wired connection and wasn't a unsecured wireless. Beds are comfortable and soft. TV has 80+ channels and is HDMI compatible. In room fridge microwave and coffee pot are excellent and the coffee is a nice blend even the decaf. But they only put powder creamers in the room but u can pick up some half and half creamer from outside the restaurant as they have a coffee machine there. outdoor pool can get a little messy from leaves and trees but gets cleaned in the afternoon indoor pool is good and gym is reasonable. Location separated from the Comanche Nation Casino by a carpark. Can highly recommend the burgers from the Cafe in the casino and you can get them to go so they make a nice meal in your room.

We had reservations at another hotel and they had overbooked, so they sent us to the Best Western. We were very happy with this hotel. We were there for a graduation at Ft. Sill, and this hotel is right off 44. Ft. Sill is only about a 7 minute trip.We loved the hot breakfast. We also had dinner at Victoria's one evening and we were pleased with the food and the service. We had drinks in the bar and the bartender and the rest of the patrons were very friendly.We did not use the outdoor pool, but we did sit out beside it. It was very quiet. The pool is nice, but could have been cleaner. Since it doesn't look like it gets a lot of use, it may be difficult to keep pristine.Our room had a fridge and microwave, which was nice. No easy chair in the 2 queen beds room, but people traveling with us had a king room and they had an easy chair with ottoman.The lobby is beautiful. The front desk personnel were just okay.I looked at the exercise room and sauna and it seemed adequate.There are no rooms directly by the ice and vending machines.On our second day, no new towel were supplied. We had to reuse our old towels. No big deal to us, but I know it is important to some to have a fresh towel every day and I was surprised not to have them.Overall a great place to stay for the money and we would definately stay there again.

We came to Lawton for Fort Sill's Army Basic Training graduation. The hotel was within easy traveling distance from the base, shopping and dining. The staff was very helpful. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and assisting us with directions, maps and suggestions.

Easy on and off to the Interstate high way. NA. The Staff at the hotel was very helpful and Friendly. But the 3:00 o'clock check in time is just plum ridiculous.

My stay at the Best Western Lawton was very comfortable, I liked the King size bed,the coffee maker in the room was also such a convience as was the refrigerator and ironing board. I throughly enjoyed my stay.

Swimming pool. Rooms. I did not care for the location and the rooms, the food was not cooked right and too expensive (the hotel and the food ) for what it was. Would not stay and pay that again.

Best Western Lawton OK was a nice place to stay! The entire staff was very friendly and went beyond the expected to make our stay pleasant. Our room had two queen beds with an additional sitting area which provided plenty of space. There was a small refrig and a microwave as well as a coffee maker in the room. The hot breakfast buffet was very good also.

We had a reservation to stay at this hotel based on the website but when we got there it was not nice at all. More of a motel than a hotel and the rooms were nasty with an outside door.

The room was very comfortable with all the amenities, iron, ironing board, microwave, refrigerator, data hook-ups, etc. Nice front door to the courtyard. Free lobby internet access, business center. Only negative was the dining option. No menus offered as it seemed the buffet was the only option. Buffet food was good but there was minimal staffing. I felt like it was a self service restaurant for a full service hotel.

It was not clean, overpriced and not safe at all. This hotel was horrible. The floors were stained, the room reeked of an odor other than cigarettes and there was too much noise! The beds looked as if they hadn't been changed at all. Overall awful experience.

Staff, hotel in general. They were excellent all the way. How you got your luggage to the second floor if you are a senior. Staff was friendly; service was excellent. They seemed to care about your stay with them.

The room had dead bugs on the floor, telling me that the floor had not been swept. Bathtub also had mold around the tub. Was not as clean as it could have been. Would not recommend best western hotel to anyone. There is no excuse for the dead bugs in the floor, or the mold around the bathtub. This tells me that they did not clean everything. The beds were clean. I did check to make sure they were. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Staff was friendly. Tub did not drain the 3 nights we stayed there. Overall, it was comfortable. But the tub was not clean when we got there (hair in the drain) and a dying large cricket was in the bathroom. We called maintenance about the tub, they can while we were gone. Tub was cleaned, but still did not drain at all. Makes it kind of nasty to have to stand in someone else's water to shower. Told Maintenance about it again, they came again, tub still does not drain.

Cleanliness and quietness of the rooms. Evening desk clerk's attitude. This is a good place to stay while visiting Lawton due to the location of highways, entertainment, and businesses.
