We were happy to find an established hotel in such a small town. Very conveniently located after our float trip, and a quick trip to dinner just down the street. The location of the bathroom sink was a bit odd, next to the hallway door. If standing at the mirror when the door opened you're on stage for passersby. The free breakfast helped to offset high gas prices we're all suffering from. We'd come back!

Location. No free wireless internet, unfriendly staff, old. Very unfriendly staff, the hotel needs a renovation, location is good, but that's the only positive thing we can say about it.

I can't say anything about the views of Lake Powell, since our room didn't face the lake, but it is very close to it, so I'm sure you can get a good view. The rooms are quite nice, very up to date, with nice beds and linens. The breakfast is quite good. The pool is outdoors and wasn't heated when we stayed. My overall impression is that I expected to pay more for a place this nice right next to a major tourist destination.

Find some place else to stay. Our A/C went out during the night. they moved us to another room. The people above us partied all night long. after two hours of calling the front desk they finally stopped. The swimming pool area was full of new a/c units, just sitting in the boxes. This place was mad house. As i checked the next day, i witnessed the clerk give a new guest a key to a room that was already occupied. Stay in your car if this is your only hotel choice.

The Best Western was wonderful the only issue I had was that I could hear the faucet and shower running quite loudly in the next room. Other then that every was fine. The location was great for the attractions we planned to visit.

Clean linen and nice bed. Dining area was somewhat crowded. It's located at a very nice place for travelers who want to visit Lake Powell and Glen Canyon. We traveled on Thanksgiving day and the hotel staff were nice. The rooms are very clean with nice beds!

Nice clean hotel close to canyon. Bar food and service slow and less than mediocre. Great continental breakfast with fruit and hot foods. A small room means really small. The pool (although it wasn't open when we were there is much smaller than pictures.

I had CNBC, we had a nice view from our window, it was tastefully decorated.

This is my first negative review. I'm not a picky person and tend to let things slide. This time, though, it was one "minor" problem after another from the minute we arrived, which over three days added up to a real annoyance. And most of the problems were directly due to staff rudeness or inattention. 1- While checking in, we learned of boat tours on Lake Powell. I asked the desk clerk three times where to meet the tours and she did not answer. There was no language problem. 2- The air conditioner was extremely noisy (the hotel is currently replacing all of the units). 3- Ask for a room on the top floor if you dislike a lot of pounding overhead. 4- Our refrigerator didn't work. We told the manager and received no apology, it was not fixed during our stay, nor were we invited to change rooms. 5- We had a morning set aside for "pool time" but the gate was locked. The desk clerk promised to have it unlocked right away. I waited for 30 minutes and went back to the desk. The clerk was busy sending an email and totally ignored me. The maintenance guy, who was standing nearby, said his supervisor had left the property with the gate keys for the second day in a row. 6- We arrived for breakfast at 9:10 a.m. The guest directory said breakfast is served until 9:30. The attendant barked at us "We're closed!" and added, "When I run out of food, I close up!" Does that mean if you run out of food at 8:30 you close up, too? 7- The breakfast was toast, bagels, cereal and oatmeal. No eggs, yogurt, etc. The orange juice was in fact orangeade. Overall recommendation - stay elsewhere!!!

Nice room decor. Bad internet! Supposed to have wireless and wound up getting a very poor connection in room. This definitely cramped my business trip. Good access and within the walking distance to several steakhouses and fast food. Poor design of the entrance as people standing in line to check-in had to compete with people bringing luggage in through the only entrance. Business travelers beware - very poor WiFi signal in rooms. Maybe better in lobby, but give me a break! Who wants to sit down there?

My family and I overnighted at this hotel. We did not have a reservation, but stopped in to check the rates because the hotel looked nice. When we walked into the lobby, it smelled clean and we were greeted in a very friendly and professional manner. The price seemed fair, so we stayed. The room smelled and felt fresh. It has to be one of the cleanest place I have ever been. I would stay here again and I recommend it to anyone else who goes to Lake Powell to stay at this hotel.

Clean, staff was helpful, beds slept good. Could hear some street traffic. Edible breakfast bar; oatmeal was prepared rather than packaged and lumpy, fruit was too ripe; but good choice of yogurt, coffee good. Beds comfortable, got non smoking as requested.

I travel for a living, so when it comes to traveling in the Southwest, I know many times it can be unpredictable. My family's room at this hotel was very clean and the room was very well maintained. Everything worked and just felt clean. The staff were friendly as well.I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will be staying overnight in Page.

Easy access from the highway. Hard to find the lobby and elevator. Easy to find when coming in from Zion National Park. 2 doors away from McDonalds. The lobby was a little strange in that they had part of it blocked off so you could only come in one way (for security?), although I didn't feel the least bit threatened by the neighborhood or hotel clientele. Nice breakfast setup.

Clean and updated. Beds were hard and hard to sleep in. The hotel was clean and updated but the breakfast was a small about with cereal, toast, one fruit and OJ and that was about it. They should have more then one fruit to choose and Danish or some sort.

This hotel has the cleanest rooms we have stayed in. The rooms were large and beautiful. The staff were also very professional and friendly.

The convenient location to Lake Powell. The newly decorated room/hotel in general. The morning continental breakfast was very disorganized, they ran out of several breakfast items. The hotel was very lovely, newly decorated and felt very spacious. One inconvenient item was the late check in time, we arrived about 12 noon and had to wait 3 hours to check in. Thank You.

"This hotel has the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in. We are always worried about clean rooms when traveling in the rural Southwest, but this hotel beats any big city hotels."
