Each time i come to Manila, I stay here, i feel like it is my home away from home, i love everything about it, i plan to stay there again soon,It has everything you need or could want, the people that work there are always very nice and go out of there way to help you.Yes they remember my name too.Internet is always good, the air always works great, I love the city life there.all i can really say about it is, I LOVE IT

It had a good atmosphere. It had a very small elevator. This hotel seemed pretty ok. I did not like the elevator being so small and the shower window did not close. Besides that it was a good place to spend some time. Although watch out for all of the bottled water they place throughout the room and the snacks. They charge you for everything.

In a seedy area of Manila, but reasonably convenient. Beware of the noisy weekend nights as some rooms are not sound-proof. Otherwise, a decent hotel with good service.

They have upgraded their rooms, very nice, the morning buffet is the best. I recommend this hotel to all my associates traveling to Manila, There coffee is as good or better than starbucks down the street..Often they remember my name from trips the year before,,It is just a great place to stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location. We stayed in 2 different rooms; both were adequate, nothing special. The hotel is old and elevator works only if you push the button just right. Hotel was probably very nice in its day. All room are different, some nice, some not so. Our bath room window opened to the street below and wouldn't lock closed.

On our 2nd stay the Hotel were unable to provide a mattress for our little boy...however they did upgrade us to a room with Kingsize bed; while there was heaps of room our son has missed out on a little sister !!! maybe next time. All in all good hotel and good staff in a good location. peter

Room was clean and comfortable. Smoking room was not available at time of arrival, had to wait over 30 minutes for room to be prepared. Was served cold coffee on arrival. Took 20 minutes to get hot coffee. Was overcharged for use of computer and no printer was hooked up to computer in business center, couldn't print required document and had to forward email to front desk for printing. WI-FI access for my laptop was good and convenient. Elevator for old. Breakfast buffet was adequate, could of used a modern toaster. Wait staff in restaurant on the slow side.

Very friendly and helpful. see below Only one complain: the room had a refrigerator with soft drinks and juice and cookies and chips on the table . I thought it was part of the amenities of the hotel, instead at check-out they took inventory and charged me for some chips I ate. I had never seen this in any hotel that I had ever stayed. was very deceitful.

I have stayed here a number of times. Seems to be improving with each visit. Staff has always been attentive, and the rooms clean. Neighborhood is typical downtown Asian, lots of shopping and things for the traveler to see.Close to varied nightlife. A small park on the end of the street offers outside chess games with the locals,if you are so inclined. AC has always worked,if the city is not in a brownout. Breakfast Buffet nice variety local and standard choices.Restaurant is above average for the pricing. I would recommend for an experienced traveler esp one on a budget. Prob not a good location for children.

expat and stayed in many manilaf hotels anila. I was attracted to this hotel due to its central location in ermita and good room rates. But in arriving (multiple stays)always found bate- switch tactics, inconsistent standards of service, cleanliness, always remodeling and very noisy both inside and outside, lock of hot water or no water, old elevator that not always working and forced unsafe stairway usage (lack handrails). Also uses Best Western in name but affiliated or independent so no recourse. DO NOT USE.
