A well maintained hotel and the owner is constantly updating the decor. Staff is very friendly and keen on creating "a home away from home" for their guests. 0707SO The exterior of the hotel is traditional. The front of the hotel is yellow brick. The hotel is made up of two parts, there is the front building and some rooms are located in a smaller building 20 meters behind the main part, both buildings offer the same high standard. This hotel is well located in a quiet street in the town centre, only 30 metres from the Bodensee (Lake Constance).

The hotel is quite well known in Friedrichshafen. It specialises in fish and regional dishes, but it is closed on a Monday. The restaurnat is decorated in warm colours and is very inviting.
