The front desk staff was very unfriendly.We had to wait for 1/2 hr to check in and we were the only ones there. There were two ladies at the front desk. One was busy over the phone for 30 mins and the other lady told us that she cannot check us in because she was almost done with her shift. Despite telling us that she was done with her shift, she was there until after we were checked in by the other lady after 30 mins of waiting. During the check in hassle I forgot my tea flask at the front desk. I called from my room if they could send the flask over to my room and the lady replied back very rudely asking me to come and take it. The next morning I called and asked the front desk about their breakfast hours and the same lady from the previous day (who was ready to leave from her shift) answered the phone and told me that the breakfast will be until 11 am. We went down at 10:15 for breakfast and she says sorry! the breakfast hours are over. It was only until 10:00 a.m. She was not aware of the new breakfast hours. She told us that it was not her fault that she did not know about the breakfast hrs because it is not the duty of the front desk staff to keep track of all this. She was very very rude. The next day I called for extra bath towels and toiletries and she said that she will ask the housekeeping staff to deliver the asked toiletries and towels to our room. The staff turns up after 1/2 hr only with 2 bath towels in hand. Even after calling again for the toiletries, we didn't get any. The staff was extremely unfriendly. Moreover, there was a weird rattling noise that was there all the time while we were at the hotel. It was very annoying. Stay in this hotel only if you know that you will not need any help from the front desk staff and if you only need a bed to sleep in the night. It is a very cheap hotel with ill mannered staff!

Booked this hotel last minute, and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel room for the price. The rooms were inexpensive (and I don't mean cheap!), clean, and had everything I was looking for (high speed internet, fridge in room, etc) I'll definitely stay here next time I travel to Dallas.

This hotel is very clean and they have absolutely great beds to sleep in, very comfortable, huge pillows and lots of them. Something that is often overlooked in many hotels.

let me start out by saying the web site said heated pool, and landury service, no heat or landury! not for families with kids very disapponited. i had to leave and find another hotel. i paid the extra cost and lost money! the room was dirty! the bathroom was horriable! i only stayed one night because i had to. the front desk gave us wrong directions like they did't live there? i was very disappointed. don't go there!

the rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was excellent, one eployee to mention was [...] at the front desk. While she was completly overwhelmed with customers and phone calls while working the desk alone Friday 6-19 she was very polite and kind to everyone.

Friendly Staff, conveniently located near the I-635. Nothing. Clean hotel, attractive rooms. Had a swimming pool, and ample parking. Very good breakfast, and staff were very quick to address my needs when one of my keys failed to open. Was not at the hotel for most of the day, but when I was, I felt welcome as a guest! Shall recommend to the leisure traveler!

room and bed were excellent. Contential breakfast was ok, no butter for pancakes or bisquits? 2nd morning cockroach crawled across our table WHILE WE WERE EATING! No one seemed to care and did nothing for us, WE LEFT needless to say we didnt eat again, Room was great very clean and bed was heaven.

Breakfast. Room not clean. There were some dry blood spots on the white blanket. We had to ask for exchange for two times and the front desk told me the manager would call me next morning to discuss this case. But no one call.

The staf at the desk all the way to the ladys with room service wear super. not one rude person to be found. In todays times thats hard to find!!!! And i was on a four day stay. The ladys at the front desk even let me have a rose to lay on my gril friends pillow.

I used the fitness room, it has a treadmill, an exercise bike, free form elliptical, and a stepmaster. The fitness room has a TV and a water cooler. Used the pool a few times. The hotel provides a free breakfast every morning in its dinning room. There is also a buffet restaurant next door. Used the bar one time. The location is close to a major shopping Mall, Galleria. It is also within 20 minutes travel time to the downtown Dallas.

Convenience to travel and the workout room. The tile in the bathroom is crumbling and moldy. I have stayed in several of the rooms and I am finding that there is a great disparity from one room to another.

Although advertising was for 2 queen beds and we were given double beds, the hotel was still pretty good. The desk staff was not the best, but they were polite enough. The location is great for shopping, movies and going downtown Dallas, The room was clean and he beds were comfortable enough. We would probably stay here again if we get the same price.

Location. Unclean. This hotel has declined and continues to decline. There has been an employee shift and the overall cleanliness and friendly staff have seemed to disappear as well. The bathroom was dirty on my last 3 visits, 2 of which I had no washcloths. The refrigerator is not working well or at all. The room smells like smoke, although non smoking requested. I think I will stay elsewhere even if I have to pay more.

We got in late and the late check in was fine, but we had 2 rooms and they both smelled musty and stale. One was really bad and unhealthy to stay in - carpet around the air conditioner was sopping wet. We did get a new room, but it too was musty smelling. After turning on the air conditioning, it was a lot better. However, we went out the next day and returned to the room that evening...housekeeping had turned off the air and again we had a musty, stale smelling room! The sinks in the bathrooms were pedestal sinks with NO room to set your cosmetics/toiletries on - who thought that would be a good idea???? Not very handy. Positive:staff was friendly and the price was right.

I just needed a convenient room in Dallas for 1 night. The room was very comfortable, very clean. The staff were very nice and the complimentary breakfast was fine. The hotel was very busy but was definately not noisy. The pool was clean and well maintained. It was a little hard to get to off the highway, but the highway system in that area is a little crazy. I am familiar with it but anyone who is not should call and get really good directions.
