Front desk staff less than helpful with reservations made through discount websites. Housekeeping was accommodating to guest requests. On-site parking for $10/day extra.

Within easy walking distance to the convention center. Hotel staff very unhelpful. I thought our trip had started out great until we went to check-in for the hotel. The desk clerk said we were assigned a room with a king size bed even though we had 3 people in our party (husband, myself and 12 year old daughter). After repeatedly asking for her to change our room to a double, she said she couldn't change the room selection. If you absolutely need a double bed, put on your request that you have 4 guests so they have no other choice but to give you a double room to begin with. The hotel was decent overall but the staff was so unhelpful and basically said until I insisted that something be done. Bad service!

The hotel was relatively new and clean. The room was very comfortable and had high speed internet. The safety box in room was appreciated and added piece of mind. The location was very good. We were able to take a long walk down to the pier (hint: take the convention center overpass past Long Beach Blvd). The lobby of hotel has a computer with internet access and printer for guests to use. The negative was that breakfast finishes at 9:30am and the breakfast area was too small. You will likely need to bring your breakfast back to your room. The hotel hallways did not have AC and were very hot. Our room was also very hot upon our return to the room because the AC only worked once the room?s door dead-bolt was engaged. Also, the air conditioning had a funky smell to it, which would cause us to look for another hotel if we stayed in the area again.

Loved the location & continental breakfast! Having to pay a nightly fee to park our car, and how hot the lobby was.

We were in town for a convention and stayed at this hotel for three nights. Very convenient location. The convention center was in walking distance. The entire staff were very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are very nice. The cable TV comes in very good. I have been at hotels where the reception was very bad and not able to watch a movie I wanted to see. I liked the fact that they had a safe in the room to lock up our valuables. One of the nights we stayed there we had a noisey neighbor banging on the walls late at night. We told the desk clerk about it and he immediately called the room and asked them to be quiet. He said to be sure and call him if it happens again. They want to be sure you enjoy your stay at this hotel. They have a parking garage conveniently located right next to the hotel. I would say that the only thing that would have made this hotel better is if they would include refridgerators and microwaves in their rooms. This is definately my first choice for a hotel in Long Beach.

We got a good deal with this hotel except when we request the room to be king bed, we got 2 double beds instead. Other than that, it was a good experience and if we ever need to stay in Long Beach again, we'd stay here again.

Beautiful 4 star equivalent room in traveler's hotel. Nice breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking garage Only think missing was a in room refrigerator. Nicest hotel in the convention center area. Room quality is equivalent to 3.5 stars nearby but with no restaurant. Instead you get a breakfast buffet and plenty of excellent restaurants in walking distance. All that was missing was an in-room refrigerator. Finally, a parking garage you can navigate!

Very clean central location to freeway and nearby eating & shopping areas. Very good location if you are looking for a place nearby the Convention Cntr. Customer service okay. Gym facility small &indoor pool halfway built. Free continental breakfast loved the waffles you get to make yourself.

The family had an awesome time. Perfect location to everything even the famous Roscoe's (Chicken and Waffles and a major grocery store in walking distance. Being from Vegas the hotel live here is awesome and the views are great I must say this hotel had both as well. The price was great and the stay was awesome would highly recommended to family and friends and will be returning soon.

It was beautiful. There was nothing I didn't like! This hotel was so nice! I loved the fact that it was new and the fact that it was completely non-smoking. We were only there for one night but it was better than I hoped for! I would definitely stay again if we're ever out west again.

Present street construction activity makes the morning wakeup call unnescessary.

There are several places to eat within walking distance. No on site restaurant. The room was clean and decently furnished although the desk chair height adjustment was broken. There is only one elevator that is slow and not centrally located. Parking is an additional $7.00 per day.

We were visiting our son and his girl friend who live within walking distance from the hotel. We loved being able to walk everywhere. The beach/ocean in one direction, Pine Street for food and entertainment in another direction and to our son's apartment in a third direction. Parking our rented minivan was simple. Service was cheerful. Breakfast had a nice variety and the rooms were very quiet. We heard neither TV noise, nor people in the four nights we were there. The room was always serviced, or not serviced, exactly as we had requested.

We did not have to pay for parking, and they had a free breakfast. Although the hotel is new (opened in November) the pool is still under construction. Good location, hotel staff still learning system, and hotel still having a problem completing the pool. The hotel was very clean, and rooms were nice.

The hotel is in a nice area of Long Beach. Convenient location to downtown, the beach, aquarium, bordwalk and harbor. Friendly staff; the room/bathroom were extremely clean (nice scent in the room). No noise. The mattress was very comfortable. Our room had a balcony and was pretty spacious. Breakfast was ok. Beware of the hotel $10.00 nightly parking fee, and don't expect a view. Great stay overall.

Very clean, fresh and had extra amenities. Clerk was too busy checking personal messages on cell to come immediately to desk. Great location for both conventions and Long Beach waterfront. Very clean and easily accessible.

I went with a few friends for the Long beach pride event that was a few blocks away, so we were happy we were close to the event. Had a great view from our balcony. Everything was perfect in the room... ill def try to get a room there next year.
