The staff were great, the room was ok and clean. Woke up in the middle of the night and found many cockroaches. I stayed for 3 nights and complained every day when I found more roaches. What ever the hotel was spraying the roaches were thriving on it.

A great stay.....very nice facility, comfortable temperature in room (coolness important to me), bed very comfortable and pillow were wonderful. Desk service very good, fee great. Would definitely stay again.

Our first night there, after driving 11 hours, the most important thing was to take a hot shower. We found out that the boiler was not working and wasn't operational until late the following morning. This was out of their control and I understand that, but there was not even an apology for the inconvenience. We had requested a wake up call all three mornings and for some reason one of the mornings we didn't get a wake up call (The alarm clock in the room did not work). We were attending our son's graduation from Boot Camp at Fort Benning and were disappointed that we were late that morning. The location was very convenient and did not take long to travel to where we needed to be. If given the opportunity to travel to Columbus, Ga again we would more than likely not stay at this hotel.

I was very pleased to have stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and highly recommend. Minutes from Ft. Benning, historical downtown district, mall, airport, restaurants, and shopping. Very clean room, nice furniture, nice carpet, big TV, microwave, & refrigerator. The entire staff was very courteous and friendly. The front desk was very helpful in their assistance with helping me retrieve my delayed luggage from the airline. They even took the time to locate a charger for my cell phone while I waited (2 days) for my luggage. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice motel.When I arrived my room was ready and it was very clean all the furniture was nice also. The breakfast was awesome all you could eat and more. The staff was very friendly southern hospitalily. I would stay there again..The price was also right so if there are any army moms and dads who are coming for graduation it is close to the base it took me about 15 minutes to get to the base. It is in a great location close to restaranuts etc.. take my adivce and stay here you wont be sorry.
