The room was very small and had a musty smell to it. The sheets were not fresh and the room itself hadn't been clean for a few days. There were spiders with their webs in the tub and sink areas. The pool was small and shallow. When we ask for extra blanket we were told they didn't have any. Continental brakfast consisted of hot pockets that we had to microwave or cereal. NEVER stay at a Best Western again.

The hotel was centrally located with plenty of restaurants near. We chose the smoking rooms and they needed some freshener. I would choose a non smoking room next time around.

Non smoking room was clean without any bad odor. Good and clean shower. Refrigerator was good size for hotel, stood to about desk height. Had a microwave. Stayed there with my dog. There is a one time pet fee of $*dollars per pet and no size or number restriction. Internet worked great. Good breakfast. All in all a good stay.

That is not water surrounding the motel. It is a circle drive (black asphalt) that was probably wet when the picture was taken. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but the only thing that I would bring next time would be some carpet deodorant because there was a little unusual smell when you open the door.

For the location and price I couldn't complain. It was a short drive to the concert down by the river but the room had the worst smoke smell that I have ever had in a hotel room. It smelled like a giant ash tray!

Very clean & modern. Other guests were smoking. My wife has asthma & cannot tolerate smoke or the after stench.

Reserved 4 a King Size & a roll away bed as my husband and I are big people and had a teenager w/us, ended up with 2 double beds, the carpet had cigerette burns, the room was dingy dirty, the vending machine ripped off 3 people. I will not be staying in another Best Western, I emailed corporate & got a nice email back saying they would send my email onto the local hotel for review, but I have yet to hear anything, even as far as an apology.

We stayed for two nights. The room was clean, staff were very friendly. Pool was clean. My only complaint is that they accept guests with pets. I am very sensitive to pet dander. The room showed no physical evidence of pets, except for the faint smell. My allergies don't lie. Had we known it was pet friendly, I would have stayed somewhere else.

First of all, there is no lake near this hotel, There is no pool, dining area, smiling staff, this is not even a picture of the hotel!! When you get there and ask about these things they act like they don't know what your talking about. it is basically a sleazy motel with drive thru check in. And yes I'm sure I went to the correct place. Stay away from this one!!

Hotel was older, but they tried to keep it in good condition. I paid too much for this hotel. This is an economy hotel at economy value.

I don't know what the last lady is talking about, but the everything is great about motel although she is right the description is almost completely wrong, there is no ocean, but that should be obvious, NO OCEAN IN THE MIDDLE OF OHIO. The staff is nice and so is the pool

Clean, quiet and close to everything. Mattress was a little worn out (very soft). The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Three restaurants within 3 minutes walking distance. Room had small fridge and microwave. Room was really clean!

Location was perfect for the activities I had going on for the weekend. Housekeeping didn't come Saturday until after 5pm. Hotel was nice, we were not there long, and in a nice location for what I traveled for. Continental breakfast was nice to grab really quick for food on the go.
