Easy access to most things in the area. We had to go up stairs for our room and that can be hard when hauling luggage etc. It was clean with comfortable beds. It was close to the things we wanted to do.

The first red flag was when we went to check in and found that they had three different rooms under our name (rather than the one we booked). None of the rooms were configured as we needed. A half an hour at the desk and we finally got a room with 2 very small beds (for 3 adults). The beds were very 'bouncy' and uncomfortable. The interior hallway to the room led to the indoor pool. The chlorine smell permiated our room and was almost overwhelming. The included 'hot' breakfast the next day was almost inedible. About the only good thing was that the room seemed pretty clean.

It was right in the middle of town only minutes from the downtown area. This hotel was nice, not the best but if I had to I would stay there again.

No exhaust fan in bathroom. Baseboard heating unit clicked and popped loudly all night. Little or no soundproofing between rooms. No fridge or microwave in room. Rooms outdated with small, old bathrooms in need of updating. Room keycard access to interior corridors was inoperative; doors were unlocked all night. Restaurant offered coffee shop type food at dinner house prices, service was poor. Rooms faced either a busy street or a dark, dingy alley.

The bathroom/vanity area was a bit shabby but overall the stay was pleasant. The hotel is convenient to the business section of town as well as dining. BW reservations office messed up our details but the desk staff fixed us up well.

Free hot breakfast. Noisy people in next room, paper-thin walls, and near railroad tracks. Location is good-on Main street near shops. The walls seemed to block literally no sound. I might as well have been sharing my room with the obnoxious and loud people next door. When I and my 1 year old weren't aroused from sleep by the noise in the next room it was the horn of the nearby train. I do not recommend this hotel if you are a light sleeper or traveling with small children.

This hotel offers a free hot breakfast, which is very good! It is a little bit run down. Overall, a good hotel. The hotel is a little run down, but is very clean and the staff is wonderful. The main building of the hotel houses the front office, restaurant, bar, etc. The rooms are located in two separate buildings; one across the street (accessible by a sky bridge) and one behind the main building. The free hot breakfast (cooked to order) is a sure hit!

Our room was noisy. We stayed on the 4th floor and you had to get on the elevator to the 5th floor for ice. Our room was nice but it was noisy in the hall. The parking lot was being redone so we were not able to park near our car. I would not stay there again.

Newly remodeled. Great bedding. Great pool & hot tub really clean! Real food for breakfast: eggs, biscuits, gravy, ham or bacon or sausage (different each am) along with Danishes, fruit, cereal, coffee, juice. Close to historic downtown. Newly remodeled with wonderful bedding.

The people were friendly and were in a good location. Tub did not drain, no tissue, the door was open when we got there to the room. No tissue in the boxes and when we went to check into the room the door was wide open.

The pool/spa area was nice. Service was bad, room not clean, loud, double charged. The room was not clean; the prior guests had left rose petals on the floor which was still there when we arrived. The room had a gap between the door and door jam, it was very loud. Traffic traveling down the street, etc. It sounded as though we had a window open. When people would go out and start their cars, our room would fill up with an exhaust smell. We were very disappointed in our stay and service.

Clean room, bed and bath rooms. The complementary breakfast was not very good. The room on the second floor was spacious and clean. The queen sized bed was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area and historic part of Sheridan, Wyoming and in walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. There is an indoor pool, which would be great for families with kids, although we did not use it.
