Large room with v nice bathroom. Helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. No view from room. Great place to stay. Really close to everything. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was surprisingly large (we had a queen bed actually joined twins plus a fold out for our 3 year old) with a very nice large bathroom. Whole place felt like it had just been renovated. Good buffet breakfast. Not a whole lot of character but very nice.

I will never stop at a Best Western hotel again after my experience with the management of this hotel. I found the management to be dishonest and untrustworthy. When we complained to the Best Western company, nothing happened. It appears that the company has no control over its hotels and shows no concern over how they operate.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally helpful and professional. The room was large with a balcony. Would definetly stay there again. Convenient to water taxiis and St. Marks Square.
