Stay was great but they couldn't cancel our 2 nd night that we didn't use. We couldn't figure out a number to call cheap tickets. So we got ripped off one nights stay.

Free internet with computer. Shower heads too low. It was very nice - the staff was very friendly, especially the young lady who let us check in about three hours early. Clean overall. My only 'negative' was that at 5'9" (not a tall guy) I had to stoop over in the shower to wash/rinse my hair. But it was a good shower with very good water pressure. I really enjoyed the flat screen TV in the room, too.

The rooms were bad. The fitness center equipment was all broken.

We arrived 3 hours before check-in and they called housekeeping and had a room for us in 20 minutes. We were happy with the shuttle service. It was always on time and reliable. The room was spacious and very clean. Overall, the staff provided excellent and helpful service.

The dinner theater. Old furniture, looked old and had paint chips.

Three generations shared a large room; the king size bed accomodated the girls, and my elderly parents slept on the sofa bed. The room was clean, comfortable, and affordable; the staff members were courteous and professional; the buffet, which included a self-serve waffle station, sausage, danish, scrambled eggs, etc. was fresh and tasted very good. It is located just outside Baltimore, but it takes only about 5-10 minutes to drive to the inner harbor area. I am a perfectionist and liked this hotel, so I believe others would have a good experience there as well.

Excellent hotel. They lower the price once we told them that my wife was having treatment at the near by Johns Hopkin Hospital. Free internet, very clearn, excellent breakfast included.

Close to downtown area. Parking lot unsafe at any time of the day. Foot traffic. I paid on line for a one night stay. I asked for a non smoking room because of my wife's allergies. Room smelled. Damaged furniture in room. When I checked in, I was asked for my credit card. Receptionist said it was for incidentals? I did not get a receipt upon leaving and was told that there was no charges on my room. I checked my account when I arrived home and $100.00 was pending against my account causing a overdraft and locking out my account. After contacting the Hotel, I was told that the $100.00 would clear in three days. Five days later when my pay check went in to my account, the lock out was removed from pending. Explain this one. I was not told at check in or asked to sign anything to allow $100.00 to be charged to my account. I was not a happy camper.

Really cannot recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet was awful. Every member of our group was missing something in their room from room numbers on the door to a telephone. All staff very disinterested in making things right. Hotel doubles as a bus stop making for a rather colorful mix of folks.

I thought the hotel was great for the money. The room was very cozy. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The neighborhood was not too great but we had no problems at all. The shower in the bathroom was nice and hot but the bed had no fitted sheets. We did use the shuttle to the inner harbor without any problems and we liked the fact that parking was free. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and I would definetly go back for another occasion and I would also recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I liked the breakfast buffet. It was nice and refreshing. The maids made one bed but not the other. The hotel had a nice view. The surrounding environment was pleasing and I liked the breakfast buffet. It was tasty. The pool was OK and the maids were poor. They made one bed but not the other.

This hotel was wonderful. Great service, awesome pool and hot tub, wonderful complementary breakfast (certainly more than the regular donuts and coffee!). It is an easy 5 minute drive to Inner Harbor - you can be close without having to stay downtown! We will definitely stay here again.

Best Western Hotel lobby was excellent. The check in was fast and friendly. The room itself was a disappointment. The plaster in the bathroom ceiling was coming down. Their was some type of insect flying in the bathroom. The view from the room was not attractive at all. The breakfast buffet should be renamed not to be confused with a full buffet. The pool area should have some sort of non slip material on the ground to prevent injury. I was unfortunately there when a patron slipped and hit her head.

Location. Staff that was assigned to clean our room did not replenish the toiletries. It was okay, general staff was friendly, breakfast buffet was good, in spite of fake eggs, staff that was to clean room failed to replenish soap, shampoo and did not leave extra pillow as requested {tip was wasted}.

I was having surgery at Johns Hopkins and needed a place to stay the night before so that I didn't have to drive to Baltimore in the very early morning. This hotel fit the bill.

Nice staff and location to the attractions of the city. I was disappointed in the amount of time we waited for the shuttle to go back to the hotel that evening. Going was a better experience. Overall a nice economical place to stay if you are visiting the Baltimor Harbor. I will stay there again if I visit the area.

This hotel blew away my expectations for a Best Western. The room had a flat 32" flat screen HDTV and a Dell PC, large fridge and microwave. The desk chair was big and comfy even for a large person. Room service was excellent. Huge bathroom and very clean. The bed was very good and didn't give you a backache like many hotel beds.

The complimentary shuttle, location, cleanliness, business center, indoor pool, fridge and microwave. I called the hotel to ask a question and was given the wrong answer. I planned my trip based on their answer so we were not able to go to the museum. Great hotel with a reliable complimentary shuttle to the Inner Harbor. We enjoyed the stay because it was very clean and in a good location for fast food restaurants. I would stay there again.

Convenience to inner harbor & priced right. Unavailability of shuttle at certain times. Clean & comfortable and priced much more reasonably than hotels closer to inner harbor. Good value for the price. Free breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise.

Renovations look fair. Dirty bed sheets. This hotel was a disappointment; the renovations looked o.k., but cleanliness was horrible! I would not recommend to a friend or foe.
