Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good continental breakfast, the mall is a block away and there are a million places to eat and stuff right there, and, most importantly, cheap.. the only problem i had was that the door to my room was broken (i couldn't get it open).

The pool, friendly staff. No restaurant. Would absolutely stay again and hope to get it when making a bid. Staff is exceptionally accommodating and friendly. Great breakfast. Cannot beat quality for price paid. Wonderful experience. Close to Six Flags Amusement Park.

My wife and I stayed one night when we went to a Navy football game, the hotel was very nice and it had a nice complementary continental breakfast, I would stay again.

[...], the desk person, was friendly, courteous, and professional. Since this was a one night stop we didn't examine the room as we might have if staying longer. Almost everything was satisfactory. I have sleep apnea and the power outlet by the bed was very worn and I had difficulty keeping the plug for my cpap plugged in but was finally able to. Had I discovered this sooner I might have requested another room. I reported this at checkout and the young lady seemed genuinely concerned and wrote up a 'trouble ticket' right away. The free breakfast was good too. Made to order waffles, you make them yourself, sausage biscuit sandwiches, fruit, cereals, everything one could want for breakfast except eggs. There was a juice dispenser with four juices. Good hot coffee and teas. The TV seemed to be new and channel selection was good. The free high speed internet was actually fast. I connected at 54MBS which was better than I have experienced in other hotels so this told me that their internal network was designed for the load. There is an interesting device in the shower, a dispensed for soap, shampoo, and conditioner. You push a button and got what you wanted. I think that this is a neat idea because everything was right there and there was no waste. There was also an iron and ironing board in the room. Now for one of the best things I have seen only in hotels on the strip in Las Vegas, a safe. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location. Dirty. Location was pretty moderate to shopping area but food and room was poor.

The queen bed room was small. Clean when we arrived but the bed squeaked something terrible. Easy check in. There was only one towel in the bathroom despite the reservation being for two. I had to go back to the front desk for another towel and to get one key card reprogrammed because it wouldn't work in the door. Maid service took back my extra towels the next day when cleaning and threw out our used soap without replacing it. When I wanted to buy sodas from the machines at the front desk, it wouldn't take dollar bills and the front desk didn't have change so I had to walk to the DoubleTree next door for the soda. The breakfast had quite a bit to choose from even though the first bagel I picked up was frozen solid and I needed to grab another. The area for breakfast is pretty cramped too. We had until 11am to check out but the maid service was knocking on the door to clean the room at 10:30 and waited impatiently outside the room until we hurried up and got out. ...like I said, it's a lot of little things that were a disappointment.

Excellent access to Naval Academy and stadium; does not require getting on freeway. Very convenient to freeways. Breakfast is so generous and menu so varied that it is more than "continental." Quiet. Rooms have DOUBLE, not queen, beds and both our mattresses appeared to be well-worn. Rooms are tight for a family, but fine for a couple. Strange bath/shower unit; tub is short and not designed for soaking after a long day of walking. Outdoor pool does not open until Memorial Day, so not available for Commissioning Week. Pleasant staff, although maids spoke no or very limited English.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night when we went to a Navy football game, seemed like a nice hotel to me, it had a nice complementry continental breakfast and a nice selection of restaurants are near by for dinner, I would stay in this hotel again next time I'm in Annapolis.

I stayed at the Best Western in Annapolis and Ireland within the same week. Both hotels were neat, clean, and had good staff. This must be a good company with high standards.

Excellent value for the cost. Clean but somewhat Spartan what one would expect in this price range.

"Nice, clean, close to old towne Annapolis"

Average hotel with higher that I would expect for this level of hotel. Located so close to the interstate you would think the cars and trucks would come out of the TV.

It was a good motel, about 15 minutes drive from downtown Annapolis and the harbor. Multiple malls are a short drive away there is a lot of shopping. Annapolis is a great city to visit.

"This is an older hotel that has been recently updated. It is a basic hotel with clean rooms and decent beds. It is not fancy in any way, but it has a reasonable price for a stay. The breakfast has alot of selection and should meet everyone's needs."

The Best Western Annapolis was our base while visiting Annapolis Boat show. Their bus shuttle service to the harbour was fantastic. The room was bright and quite. The location of the hotel close to the hub of highways made traveling to peripheral areas very easy.

The water pressure in the shower was great. The noise at all hours of the night. Paper thin walls. Never again will I stay at this hotel. The rates were out of control. For the same price I could have stayed at a three or even four star hotel. You could hear everything on rooms above and also left and right rooms.Again, I will never stay at this hotel again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They did their best to make me feel comfortable and even printed out information on Mapquest for me.
