Location is convenient. We were attending a game at Miller Park. Still a bit from downtown (about 15 min cab ride, which was about $30). Clean and decent rooms. The layout of the hotel is just a little confusing. Pool area was nice. Friendly staff.

Room decor. Room decor was worn. Room was noisy. Traveled with others and agreed. Breakfast was fair at best. Cold dinner was poor service. Had to move 3 times to find a table that was level and not wobbly. Food at dinner was OK. Wine was overpriced.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel for business. Rooms were clean and large and did not smell. Pool and hot tub were clean, warm, and pleasent. On site resturaunt was nice (best meatloaf I have ever tasted). Free breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Rooms quiet. Free high speed wi-fi very nice. You couldn't get better at twice the price. Vast space for meetings.

My primary complaint with this hotel was the fact that they rented me a room directly below a room that was being remodeled above. The constant pounding and banging - sometimes sounding as though something was going to come through the ceiling and into my room wasn't totally unbearable during the day, I can understand it needs to get finished. However, 8 pm is more than late enough for contractors to be working in rooms when people are beneath them. This hotel allowed the workers to stay until 10pm!!! HELLO - Best Western - 8 pm is late enough - remember you are trying to attract future/return business. The fact you are remodeling is great, but do it during decent hours, or don't rent the rooms in the same vicinity as the remodeling. My only other issue - the restaurant/lounge doesn't open until 4 pm. If you want lunch, you can have it as long as you go somewhere else.Other then the two aforementioned issues, this was a decent place with a comfortable, and clean room. I would use them again - as long as the remodeling is finished.

The hotel is located very near MKE making it easy to catch an early a.m. flight. The rooms are fine; pretty much standard, better-chain fare. The continental breakfast was one of the better one's I've seen put out, included eggs, sausage etc. The pool area was open, though had construction going on during my stay. Downtown and most riverfront attractions are very accessible about 5 - 10 miles up the I-94 A good choice when and early access to MKE is a good idea

This hotel is old and in dire need of renovations. The walls were so thin you could hear the people in the next room talking, not shouting, talking. The room was so hot it was hard to get any sleep, kept turning the thermostat down but to no avail. We asked for a wake up call, we got it but almost 45 minutes later than requested. Trying to find paking there is almost impossible. The shuttle did get us TO the airport in time, but returning was another story. We called for a pick up when we arrived back to the airport, it took us 4 phone calls and an hour later before we were picked up, we were not alone in waiting for the shuttle, there was no excuse for that long of a wait, especially at 11:30 p.m.. Disappointed??? Yes we were, what a terrible way to end a trip.

We requested a non-smoking room; however, when we opened the door to our room, we immediately knew it was a smoking room. That was confirmed when we saw the ashtray on the table. I returned to the front desk with my print-out from home. Somehow the 'system' displayed our request for a smoking, dis-abled room. The young man at the front desk double checked all the details, including my print-out. He promptly checked availability and placed us in a very comfortable non-smoking room. Thank you!

My flight arrived after midnight and being in a new airport was quite scary to me. The girl driver who picked me up to take me to the hotel was so courteous and kind that put me at ease immediately! She even helped me take my bags to my assigned room. I felt safe and taken care of. This was worth to me more than anything because I was traveling alone and it was so late at night. I'm a retired woman and I travel a lot, but that was my first trip to a new place where no one was there to meet me.

We booked Best Western Milwaukee Airport Hotel & Conference Center for Summerfest and it was great. If you're looking for a cheap option and don't mind taking a $25 to downtown this is the place for you. It's cheap, near the airport (for you travlers), and clean.

Good hotel. Price on the room was cheaper through the hotel, however. Because we pre-paid online, they couldn't give us the difference or charge us the lesser, but that was the only issue we had.

I loved the hotel room. My only negative was that the closet pole to hang your clothes was missing, so we had no where but drawers to put our clothes. We only stayed one night so it wasn't worth bothering them to come fix it. I would stay there again.
