Nice, clean, and friendly, but awakened twice! Problem: maids should make sure that the alarm clocks have not been left set in the on position. We were startled-awakened at 3:30a.m. by a preset alarm from the last guest. Also, there needs to be "Smoking Directions for Dummies" signs in the halls. A smoker snuck out in the hall to smoke and set off the fire alarms and frightened us, and all the guests very late.

Location, newer, near interstate. Breakfast sucked. Nice, clean, staff was friendly. Cont. breakfast was horrible-coffee was Luke warm-nice appearance.

The service was great. We unexpectedly had my granddaughter spend the night with us & my grandson visiting us. They had no problem with that. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel was quiet. We will definitely stay there again. Check-in was so easy and took all of a couple minutes.

The kids loved the fresh waffles and the pool, my husband loved the biscuts and gravy, our dogs were welcomed and I loved that they were happy!

Very low WiFi signal, losing connection a lot.

My first impression as I drove up was this might not be the place to stay. Once I walked in I was surprised to find very helpful, polite employees. The room was spotless and smelled fresh, everything worked perfect. There was coffee for early morning. They had a fresh large selection of warm & cold food for breakfast. Of all the reviews I read before I made my reservation at a 2 star hotel in Battle Creek, Mi. this Best Western was the only one that had a clean room review. If you want a 5 star room at a 2 star price that is QUIET and located close to everything stay here with confidence. If I was going to be in Battle Creek again I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location was great for Wings Stadium. The rooms were clean but the staff was invisible. The pool was small and needed attention as there were towels everywhere.

Excellent, pool area was great room was cozy. I have no complaints. I would recommend this to other people. Great family fun, kids wanted to swim so that is what we did. A great place to stay to just get away.

If you are get a budget rate it is a little above average. If you think this is a Fairfield, it is a little below average

The front desk staff were less than hospitable. The lights in the room were dim and made the place look dingy. The room was just barely clean. The heating unit in the window was sporadic, blowing slightly warm air sometimes and cool air at other times. The heating unit was also very noisy and smelled like mold. There was no comforter or coverlet on the bed - only a sheet and thin, worn out blanket. The bathroom sink area was small and the coat rack was broken. There was not enough room to open the bathroom door without standing next to the toilet or in the bathtub. The cost of the room was expensive compared to the quality of the room. We stayed at another hotel with a 3.5 star rating for $30 less than this hotel and it was astronomically better in quality and cleanliness.

Very clean. Rude Staff acted as if we were bothering them when we had question. The only complaint other than the staff is the safety of this hotel. Door locks were broken on every floor didn't make me feel too safe other than that a very nice hotel.

Being it was Premier Dog show and Soccer competition weekend, the hotel was our oasis of calm, cool air and quiet. No problems. They even welcomed our dogs.

The Hotel had a pipe burst or so they said. The first two floors were FLOODED. Than I could not sleep due to trucks running all night outside my window.

Very clean! Was dissapointed with the pool area. Over all a good experience. No complaints. We had to travel with our 5 year old daughter so cleanliness, safety, and location were very important to us. I would stay there again no problem. Very family friendly.

We appreciated that the hotel was right next to the hockey stadium we were to visit on the last night of our stay. That made it very easy to get home late, wake up early and make it to the airport. The airport was also extremely close by. I liked that the main highway was right around the corner and that a major artery road crossed there as well. Dining options were always just down the road. The hotel was situated just outside of the main town but with super fast access to everything. I know the town well and made it to every destination within minutes of leaving. The king sized bed was so comfortable that I wish I had it here at the house. The hotel is a little older and could use a little makeover, but this did not detract from the quality of our stay. Not a super luxury hotel but perfect for the money and convenience. I'll more than likely stay at this hotel again if I visit home again.

It was in a convenient location for us. The room was not really clean. There was dried food stuck on nighstand.
