My daughter and I had a great time. We spent lots of time in our room and it was nice and clean and quiet. She also enjoyed the pool very much. The hot breakfast was a great bonus as well as the location. We were just a few minutes from everything.

Very clean, right off freeway, lots of restaurants nearby, I really enjoyed my stay, it was comfortable. The staff talked to each other when I was waiting to check in. This hotel is easy access on and off I--94. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was even better.

I was there visiting some family over the weekend. I did a lot of online shopping before making my decision. There were a lot of hotels in the area, but Best Western seemed affordable and had the ammenities we needed for our trip. When we checked in the front desk girl was very helpful and very professional. She helped us out with directions and gave us a room by the pool. The pool was so nice and big..my kids loved it. Me and my husband enjoyed the sauna and the whirlpool. The room was very clean and smelled fresh, we enjoyed the breakfast in the morning as well. Overall, I can't wait to come back and would definately recomend this hotel..specially to families.

Was here with my family for a little R&R. Loved it and would definitly reccommend it! I guess they did some remodeling - it really shows. I will be back soon! Thanks for such a wonderful time!

Rooms dirty, gum wrappers, stains, discarded coffee cups, hairs all over bathroom. had to try 3 rooms before finding one that was habitable. 1st room had peep hole removed so interior of room could be viewed from hallway! 2nd room no A/C, dirty broken fridge. 3rd room also bad shape but too tired to complain any more. You should not give them your business!

The hotel was very nice for the price. Good location. They should be able to hire staff that are friendly and have personalities for about the same wages they are paying the current staff we dealt with. That would be a major improvement.

This is the first review I have ever made for a hotel and I travel 6 months per year. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. The room was: dirty, heater was loud and kept going on and off, shower temp went from scalding hot to ice cold, smelled, tv remote broken, carpet sticky, walls thin so very noisy etc. The exterior was under construction so the room's view was of garbage piles. There are a lot of hotels in this area. Do not stay here.

Spacious rooms and clean. The hotel was clean and attractive. The lady I spoke with was not friendly and would not guarantee that we would have 2 beds. That was very stressful! Very disappointing!

We enjoyed our trip home. We were somewhat concerned about the hotel because they were under construction, but the room, pool, and building were still very clean under the circumsances. We really enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. We also enjoyed the wonderful breakfast too. Overall, our stay was very nice. We are likely to stay at this hotel again when we go home to visit.

We just hung out in the room and chilled. It was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I didn't like was the staff wasn't very helpful. But it is still one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

The fans on the Heating & AC units would go off and on all night. There was no button for just the fan. Thus if woke us up every time it would go on and off. Other than that, it was a great value & clean.

The Best Western Hospitality Hotel and Suites of Grand Rapids, Michigan is a clean and friendly location with a courteous and helpful staff, a great indoor pool and a very good complimentary hot breakfast which is served in a ROOMY and pleasant location on the second floor balcony. It was so nice not to be crowded and unavoidably jostling with other guests at breakfast. The large breakfast area was very pleasant and relaxing. We had a single king room which was very comfortable and very clean with very good daily housekeeping. The only negative was that some of the room furniture had visable nicks and scratches from previous careless/thoughtless guests. We will definitely return to the Best Western should we have another occasion to visit Grand Rapids!

The bedding was poor. Not a very well maintained property. The room heaters were a little noisy. The bedding was a little poor plastic blankets, no mattress cover, and a bottom sheet that popped up in the middle of the night.

Courteous, large room, and nice amenities. Maid left wet cigarette butt on sink. Everything about the hotel was good, amenities, courteous staff, nice lobby, nice room. Would stay there again.
