The staff and facility are, on the whole, great. Each time I have stayed here the supply to the toilet drips and the bathroom floor is always wet. In addition, you are never certain if you will get all the way through your morning shower with hot water. It sorta comes and goes at will. The rooms are very quiet in spite of its proximity to the freeway and the number of rooms and guests. The little restraurant which shares the parking lot has good food, but can be quite crowded at weekend meal times. Once the road construction beside and in front of the hotel is completed, it will be more convenient. It is just down the street from one of Medford's major hospitals, so is very convenient.

Great staff and value. Major road construction in immediate area causes problems with access, exit. Great motel that once the highway infrastructure is worked out it will be a great place. Highway project is in at least third year but should be complete soon.

A very friendly, clean, safe place to stay. Close to shopping and good restaurants, and a large Medical center is less than 1/2 mile away on Barnett Rd. The bed was very comfortable, the housekeeping staff very accomodating, and everything in the room was fully stocked and worked well. We will stay here again. The continental breakfast is the best we've ever had! Thanks, Best Western!

The room has a microwave and small fridge and that was really nice. The bed was a bit stiff and uncomfortable but we would be willing to come back to this hotel. What was really great was the Black Bear Restaurant 100 yards from our room. Excellent breakfast and lunch!

The pool was understandably down for the winter and the spa was warm but the jets didn't work. The breakfast was continental and the bread was moldy and had to be tossed out. Ick! We ate out the 2nd morning! There was construction on the motel entrance street which made it hard to get out and back on the main street and freeway. There was bird poop all over the parking lot and on my windshield in the morning. Ick!

Close to freeway and amenities. Clean, nice staff and best of all . . . right across the street from an off leash dog park! (Yes, they accept dogs-check for policies regarding size, fees, etc.) Continental breakfast had healthy options.

Very clean. Location, large parking lot facing rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was not ideal as it was near motels. Because the parking lot was so large and the rooms are not enclosed, at first glance, it was not attractive. Once inside the room, all the furniture and sheets were neat and very clean. The continental breakfast area was small but cozy. Overall, this will be a great place for business travellers and those on a budget.

"I have stayed in over 15 hotels/motels this past year and this is no doubt the nicest experience I've had. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms, grounds and entire facility were spotless! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and even the shower was amazing with some new type of shower head. The location, across the alley from Harry and David, and one block off the freeway (without the noise) was perfect. My mom and I agreed we would highly recommend this hotel. "

The room was clean and a good size. The bed and pillows were comfortable We only stayed overnight but the room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good too.
